Photoperiod Bitten By the Bug Again.

Lights on, doing daily attention to the plants. As you can see the monster cropped clone and the mutant Original GrandDaddy Purple are doing great. They both are growing nicely, I can not complain. The monster cropped clone has 32 branches already and 4 tops so far with 2 coming in. I wish I would t have promised a relative they could have her. I will take a cutting from her for my breeding project and seed run before she leaves In 2 weeks.

The mutant Original GrandDaddy Purple has not had any training or branches removed. This is how she is growing. I will include pictures of them as ugly ducklings, so you can remember their transformation.

The 818 Head and and the 78 just continue to thrive. I might hold off on my trellis this run. Just due to the fact how much faster the 78 grows compared to the 818. I am not sure they will give me an even canopy. And I want my first trellis run to be right. Any how here are the girls this morning. The 78 is 9 inches from the top of the pot. The 818 is 6 inches from the top of the pot.

Okay I hope everyone had a good week! Well its Friday yet again, so that means its time for a weekly update. The girls are doing great without issue so far anyhow. I am going to take 6 clones from each plant and keep 2 from each plant, for my seed runs and crossings. The other four I am gifting. Well the 78 continues to just flourish. This girl is a beautiful plant she is big, robust. The 78 already has a strong odder to her. The description did say she has a LOUD smell and that a good filter was needed. I cant wait to smell her in flower. Some branches from the 78 and the 818 were retied to keep them in check. Defoliation of any and all large leaves, and super cropping was also done to the plants yesterday.

The 818 is moving right along. She is just as healthy as the 78, but she doesn't grow anywhere near the speed of the 78. Granted she is a week behind the 78. She is a beautiful plant in her own right. She also has an odder emitting from her. It just is not as pungent as the 78's. She also had her branches spread and retied. As stated above she also received some defoliating yesterday.

I am off work Saturday and Sunday. Saturday at lights on I will be removing the Original Grandaddy Purple and the Monster cropped clone. And placing them in the 2x4 under 2 Mars Hydro ECO 600w lights. They don't even make these blurple lights anymore to my knowledge. But these light still grow some decent rock hard nugs in a 4x4 at 14 inches from the plants. The 4x4 is equipped with 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000's only one light has been used so far in the 4x4. The light is at 60% at the moment. The other light will turn on when we need more light. For now they are going great with just the one light. Cleaned both tents today. Moved the Original Grandaddy Purple and the Monster cropped clone. The trellis net was placed over the 78 and the 818 today.

Hello, and good morning. This is not an update but more of a farewell. My brother will be here within a hour to pick up the monster cropped clone. I decided to give him the Original GrandDaddy Purple too. Had to make the decision to let her go.

After all I have weed that will be ready to smoke soon. And I have the 78 and 818 going into flower soon. So I will be okay on medicine, I'm just looking for seeds. And this particular Original GrandDaddy Purple, just doesn't have the genetics I want to phuck around with. Feel me? Anyhow here is a last look at the girls. I had just super cropped the monster cropped clone. I'm taking 2 clones from her before she leaves. And thanks for watching them grow until this point.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Opened one of the Grove Bags to see how the flowers were smelling. And feeling, guess I'm just old fashioned, being hands on like with the mason jars. Here is a look at the open bag and the buds. Oh yeah,, I gotta say they smell GREAT!!

The 818 and the 78 are doing really well so far. They will go into 12/12 tonight. I am sure this is going to be a disaster. There are 3-4 branches in most squars. These just nowhere to put all the branches. Way to many branches for the 100 squares. This is just a learning experience, didn't need all these branches that I created.

I cut 10 clones yesterday, I gifted 8 unrotted clones to a friend. And I kept 2 for myself, one of each. The leaves on the ground is do to me cleaning up the pkants.

i have some material for my own journal (going to try a blog) ill be uploading soon. Im hoping folks like it and ill @ you in no prb.

im interested in the breeding. I know i need to grow more plants in general, but i wanna make my own crosses and work my own lines in a WAY micro form. Just hobby lab stuff to mess with. My wife was gracious enough to let me go straight up ham on 420 and i have some great potential options in my stash of souvenirs.

I have 9 cultivars ill be hunting through so i dont really see buying more seeds unless some crazy shit souvenirs drop. (one would be insane to not get these drops) if my plans pan out.

If I can collect and store pollen: ill be on my way To getting some seed stock.
now dont get it twisted, ima try still try and earn some free beans like the limerick contest, but dont plan on buying in the even distant future.

In 1.5 hours it will be day 7 of 12/12. The plants received bloom nutrients tody for the first time. The plants get a trim and a tuck wherever needed daily.
