Mephisto Genetics Biotabz+Mephisto Genetics=BioGenetics

Great stuff bro! As I have more space in my new grow I think bigger pots are the way forward. Especially as you can reuse soil with Bio tabs. Magic

Yep well im going 20l next run just to test the water and see if i can get them to grow as big. And yep i cant remember the last time i bought soil it just means you have to be more aware of what your plants are asking for as they wont be getting as much from the soil.

Hey everyone.
This last sentence of @Nabzter's post made me think.

I will start my first grow in September, and since I'm going for Mephisto strain I read the guide Mitch prepared and he recommends Biotabs.... which I reckon is quite convenient, and now I learn you can reuse the soil so that's just great.

I was wondering tho, since I'm completely new at marijuana growing: how much is in the Biotabs? Meaning, will I need to add other nutrients to a biobizz lightmix+biobizz allmix+perlite soil with a couple Biotabs per pot? And if so, which ones?
I'm looking to buy a lot of the things I will need online in one go, so trying to research everything in advance.

Cheers!

Yeah mate I read it (incredibly easy and well written, def kudos to them), and they did say they only use Biotabs for their grows now... That makes sense when you have hundreds of plants, I was just wondering if I should do the same with the 4 plants I'm looking to grow or if I should implement the tabs with some other nutes (calmag if necessary? some sort of foliar spray?).
Thanks :)

@BeerBaron I'd recommend the starter kit comes with more than just the tabs, I'm just running the kit now and I'm not using anything fancy just keeping it organic, I got gifted some sample biosys tea and they've been having that apart from that just bio tabs.
Bio tabs again do a boom boom spray worth looking at, they do several other products which would work well. I've not had the pleasure. Don't worry about calmag just get going with the tabs and everyone on here.
I've not even finished one grow I'm only 4 weeks in I'm no expert just been listening to hear lovely folk. @hippy71 can vouch for the tabs as he was concerned but he's loving organic now very helpful dude I'm sure he'll guide you as well.
Your in safe hands here

Thanks dude

I am using the starter kit, boom boom spray and PK booster tee mate. Use the boom boom until they show sex, and then switch to the PK tee when they are properly into flowering. A bit like flowering nutes I guess. I am on my first grow with Biotabs but I won't be going back to chemicals. I am very happy with all three big girls I have on the tabs. Happy and healthy and dripping in trichs! @Biotabs F69 has shared a few tips in his new grow thread in the Biotabs section

I think there is still 20% discount available for forum members?

Feel free to ask any questions mate and we can all learn together :vibe:

All i use is biotabs, boom boom spray and the pk Tee. I occasionally add nitrozhyme maybe twice throughout the grow just to put
Some goodness back into the soil (blended seaweed extract etc). Since using the tabs i havent seen any of my girls asking for calmag. The tabs really are great for easy low maintenance gardening.

I forgot to say I haven't seen any calmag issues at all either and I was having a few issues with it while using chem nutes.

Thanks you all for chiming in, much appreciated.

I'm looking at the "manuals" section on Biotabs website (shame on me for not doing that earlier) and it's really well done, videos and all.

Definitely recommended for noobs like me
