I think we're going to hold off on it for now.
We've already the sour livers, Stilton and nch out, so there's quite a lot of bluesy-cheese things to choose from.

However we are starting the livers x auto livers bx f1's tomorrow amongst a lot a lot projects for a big summer run

I'd happily live off pure livers. Cannot wait for that one, Being from the middland/ north livers and cheese is what we was raised on. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw mephisto was running it.

Ah yes, that is until the amnesia haze muscled its way in. I know there are still people that run that exodus cheese cut. Not so many the livers AKA sheffield blues........ those where the days, underweight bags and overprices Oz's

To be fair smoked them both until i was blue in the face so kind of made myself sick of the two. But im looking forward to trying the two with a twist....sour livers and northern cheese haze.

I was talking to my mate about cheese yesterday. He said he's only ever had proper cheese twice, and told me which times. Both times were off my mate who had a cut of proper exodus cheese going for years and years. I've never smokes anything as good as his cheese. Not tried livers/blues as I'm a southern shandy drinker but the big similarities are there. Can't wait to try all of these cheesy buggers.

They don't make it like they used to bro that is for sure. I'm a stones throw away from Sheffield but round here it's always some diluted Sheffield blues/skunk no1/cheese cash crop crap.
You've got to take your hat off to the people who do grow it well, because that shit stinks, they cannot be wired up right to be doing it on a large scale.
