So I'm using Biotabs and an autopot, but I want to start the seed off in a smaller container instead of the final pot. Do you think I can feed the seedling with the GH line of nutrients until I can transplant and start using the biotabs? Or will using two different nutrient lines really screw things up?

:smoking:.. Will you be using soil or soilless mediums (ProMix, coco) in the Autopot?
Any particular reason you don't want to pot directly? This is generally the best way especially with auto's... Done right, it's OK but you have to get it just right for how long it stays in the starter pot, it's volume size, and how much root restricting you're willing to gamble with against stunting... transplanting needs be done trauma free, any significant root damage and stunting again likely,...
Using GH for a couple very light feeds is OK, in a light soil/soilless... I'm pretty sure BioTabs would recommend you plant directly, a better root system will be established sooner that way...
If you must transplant, start the seedlings in at least 24oz cup,... here's a tutorial on a low trauma way to transplant-

Why not use a jiffy pellet or root riot cube to start in? You can plant the whole thing when the seedling is up

As @Waira said, starting in the final pot is your best bet, less stress, unless you are 100% confident in transplanting

I've been transplanting autoflowers in coco for a while now. I truly think it's much better than starting in the final pot but it's not like that way doesn't work either. I guess I'll just start off that way then. I am using a Jiffy, so at least that's better than the seed right into the coco
