Hope you'll be around to check it out and see how I get on Think Fast was another appealing strain I was interested in trying, but I've never had much luck with photoperiod strains. They always grow too big before they start flowering, even if I start flowering early. Think I'd have to grow a few more different strains and maybe alter my grow setup a bit to have better success with photos.

KonopCh - I use both LED and HPS throughout the entire grow. If I had better LED lights then I'd likely use only LED's during the vegetative stage, but I've always had excellent success with just the HPS before I even got my LED's, so I'm using both

Haha yeah I know just what you mean buddy...fortunately for me there is not much of a ceiling limit outdoors, but the daylight controls the flowering trigger which can get sketchy at times! Here is a pic of the think fast at 105 days(5 feet tall)

I've always wanted to grow one that big I reckon I could do it, if only I had the space I'll keep an eye on yours for sure, be awesome to see how much you can reap from just one gigantic plant. I haven't seen Hazy on here recently I don't think, but I remember he used to grow some cracking ones.

briman - Thanks dude I appreciate that. Hopefully I can make something really good out of it, the last plant I grew I got 188g dried I think. That was my best one But I'm absolutely determined to break 200g, that's always been my goal.

If all goes as usual it will be 2lbs or more yield on the think fast. I have 2 journal threads happening right now, one here with outdoor autos(4 dp auto strains), and one over on potpros in the DP section(7 DP photoperiod strains and one Delicious seeds strain). The site is down right now, but it'll be back before too long.

Edit - 188grams is a great yield!! If you haven't done it yet, grab yourself an autoultimate(and give your record a beating). I am blown away by the performance of the ultimate outdoors.

Day 10 update

Everything is going perfectly so far Getting a few leaves going now, and some lovely roots into the res too. Unfortunately my frickin' pebbles STILL haven't arrived so my pot is going to end up being too bloody shallow, I'm going to have to be careful when I come to topping it up to avoid damaging the roots.

pH is now at 5.6, still using the same res as when I started so the EC is about 0.7 - 0.8. I'll make up a new res soon, but I think for now things are good

912GreenSkell - Blimey, I wish I could get 2lbs off a plant! I reckon I could, if only my grow space wasn't so small I've got some Auto Ultimate seeds here I think, perhaps I might do one of those next It's a strain I've not tried before.

Day 15 update

Alrighty, so today I think it's time for a new res I've spotted a few little yellow leaf ends on a couple of the leaves so I think it might be an idea to up my pH to 5.7 now. Also my f**king pebbles still haven't arrived, which is really starting to wind me up as they were meant to arrive a week ago. When they do arrive, I'm gonna have to bury half of the plant's current stem with pebbles just to block all the holes in the mesh pot from light. I can already see a build up on the inner walls of my DWC bucket so I'll give that a clean too.

Apart from that though, things are going well. Got some lovely lush green growth and some nice healthy roots suspended in the res. New res will be about 1.0 - 1.1 EC, pH 5.7. I'll also be starting CO2 enrichment in the next 5 or so days, once I've got my tank refilled
This week's res will consist of:

-AN Sensi Grow A + B
-AN Voodoo Juice
-CalMag supplement

Day 23 update

So just a quick update for day 23 I've got myself some more CO2 so I'm starting enrichment today, I'm hoping it'll do some good. pH is still at 5.7, which definitely seems to be the best so far. It's gone up to 5.8 and down to 5.6 a couple of times and I've caught about 2 leaves with brown tips, but pHing it back to 5.7 prevents any more.

Also had a few curling leaves from minor heat stress by the look of it, so I've raised the light up a bit. Again nothing major, just a few leaves Also, I've found pistils on it today too, so it's definitely female
