Thanks astronomy 420, I agree with you man those guys help out so much. I am just trying to get my pH in the right area and then I will feed straight pH'd water for a bit until they say to give it nutes. The big one is looking pretty rough but it has been a few days now since I flushed her so hopefully she will start looking healthy. I can definitely see the burn starting to set in now, the tips of some of her yellow leaves are turning brown. I just want my other plants especially my seedlings to have a healthy start, and right now, they aren't getting that.

hey man, i think today when te lights come on its going to start to look better, lets hope at least! :smokebuds:

I hope so Straight, I should be getting the FF trio next wednesday. My Northern lights is 24 days old today but has been in fresh FFOF for 10 days. by next wednesday she will be 30 days old. Is it time to start giving her nutes? or should I let her live with the OF nutes for a bit longer??

OF should have some nutes in there and its only been 10 days there should still be some left. Your plants need the proper Ph or your going to keep running into problems, you may not want ot listen to what im saying bc im not muddy or anything but trust me through experience you will also come to learn that PH is one of the main keys to growing that alot of people dont mention or fail to bring up as a important part to having a successful grow. Your plants are most likely lockedout key elements due to high Ph so no matter how much nutes you give them they cant use them if the ph isnt in range right? why waste your $$ when in the end your going ot have to flush it all out bc now your might plant might be nutelocked. Then its too far for the plant and yield will suffer significantly, a good rule of thumb is too wait and do nothing rather than keep compounding the problems. If you want to give them something go to your local grocery store and buy some un shulpured black strap molasses and some epsom salt 5-10$ at the most, and it will last you for more than a couple of grows. 1 tblespoon of each dissovled into a gallon of water, give a little folar feeding and water them with that. Then when you get your trio pack as muddy mentioned start small you would rather starve them a little and see give them something and they will recover right away but its the opposite if your overfeed and burn them theres no recovering for that part of the plant.

I will listen to you man, your full of good info and more then willing to help. I am trying to get my pH down. It is still high but not time to water yet. Tomorrow I will give them a little liquid. I do have some molasses and epsom salt and will feed that to my big one. I will be back on here trying to figure out when to feed them. I would rather them just live off the soil for a while so I don't burn their asses. Thanks for all your help ILI

I agree, the FFOF has a lot of worm castings and guano in it, enough to feed the plants for 3-4 weeks, so no need for anything additional right now. For now just concentrate on getting your pH in line. Can't stress the importance of proper pH enough.

Alright I will do that. And maybe start giving it nutes around week 5-6.

Well here are a few pics of my Northern Lights, I watered today, day 26, I hope the good water I gave her will help. She is starting to grow a lot more pistils and fill out a little better. i also think she is starting to get some of her color back. The Nute burn was crappy to watch but I think it has stopped now. I am thinking I will give her some cal/mag tomorrow to maybe help with the yellowing. Tell me what you think!

If you keep your ph within range then you will see signs of improvement just keep trucking. Make sure you you tell us what you get when you do so we can advise you the best way of going about it.

Don't know if you've seen this chart before or not. It shows what nutrients are absorbed by the plants at what levels.

I don't think some cal/mag would hurt at this point as long as your pH is in the absorbable range.
