Some of the lower leaves just have yellow spots, no rust spots.

Couple of "refresh my mind" questions...
Are you feeding with every watering? Have you checked the ph and ppms of the run off yet? How many times a week are you feeding?

Yes, no, 2-3 times in 7 days. The 2.5 gallon pot dries out the fastest.

Ok.. That could be an issue.. I would definitely start by checking the ppms of the run off... Use some zero ppm ro water until you get some run off.. Or take the ppm of the run off water then subtract the ppm of the water used. I have a feeling it's really high... Is the plant with no issues in the 2.5 gal?

What should you have if subtracting ppm? What's too high? Low?

That's going to have to wait and I just water 2 days ago and she still heavy with the last mix. Yes, the sweet nurse is in the 2.5 gallon pot.

That depends.. If you use water with a zero ppm, like RO water, there is no subtracting to do. If you use tap water that has a ppm of say 200.. Then you subtract 200 from the run off number to get the run off ppms. Here is the chart I use for ppm levels. Keep in mind that every plant is different. Some can handle heavy feeds, while some hate heavy feeds. This chart is a good reference point though.

That would make sense as to why it's not having the same problems. Smaller pots run out of medium/food very quickly. The sweet nurse pot is probably mostly roots by now and it's relying on your feeds/waterings for food. So there is little room for excess nutes in that pot. Bigger pots have more soil which means more food and more room for roots to spread out. It's easier to have an excess in bigger sized pots

Is this chart for autos?? My BlackBerry is a light feeder, that I can see as the sweet nurse is a heavy feeder.

It's not a rule or anything like that.. It's just to give a ball park of where the ppms should be. Every plant is different and feeds different. The reason I brought up the ppms is because you stated that you feed with every watering. That's a common denominator for most ppm issues.
