Live Stoner Chat Big Shout Out!

Well I don’t have those meters yet. I will see how they react before feeding again. I may drop back down to just 1 gram of MegaCrop and still continue using cal mag. Wait! MegaCrop has that already in it. So confusing @Fitzy @Steviestash @twentyeight.threefive
Ya I know when I grew in coco I used 1ml per gal of calmag for first 14days then up to 1.5ml for a week but I would not add any more mega crop yet stay where you are for now I would think @ 1.5g it's over or close to 300ppm by itself not to mention the 2ml of calmag u use so get some meters your basicly ph yes wise growing hydro so this is important bc labels are shit in my experience so even the cheap ph and ec/rods meter is better than none I use a set that was 20$ just by the ph meter with the calibration screw driver included that way you can get the calibration powder to make sure it's calibrated I can get u some links in a bit lmk brotha

@Fitzy i have been to always feed when watering. So if that’s the case, should I drop the cal mag and decrease MegaCrop to 1 gram from 1.5?

When I was using coco I would feed calmag every 2 days till around day 20/25 and then I start doing it everyday. Make sure that when you're watering to not use tomuch you want to be able to water again within 24hrs.

Not to :deadhorse:, but you REALLY need an EC/ppm meter. Even the cheap ones on Amazon will get you by. $13 EC/ppm. Otherwise any advice given about feeds is just guessing.

But my guess on feeds would be to go back to 1 gram/gallon. Knowing you starting EC/ppm of your water is important too. I've seen some awful tds numbers out of the tap from people posting.

I just wanted to take a second to shout out canna Coco plus & their nute line, but mainly their coco (I think I could get same results with a different nute line) I’ve literally never had a Coco where the run off EC value comes out lower then the input EC for an entire run! It literally says on coco for cannabis that this is an anomaly. My thinking behind this is it is just really good Coco which is why it didn’t allow for any buildup. Can anyone explain the process on why this happened?

All I use is Canna Coco Professional. Love it.

Found springtails in my current 1 gallon grows. Have to imagine it came with the coco. The 3 gallon pots had FloraFlex watering matrix over them. I never would have seen them if there in those.

I may have freaked out a little when I first saw them, until I verified what they actually were and found they are not harmful and even could be considered beneficial.

@Dreminem169 Glad to here you are enjoying the medium also!

Hello All

Today the girls are at Day 16 and looking good if I may say so myself They were fed 1.5 grams of MegaCrop and 2ml of cal mag. The only reason I didn’t reduce the feed is because they showed no issues.
