Week 4 Update

One gal is OK, the other two something is going on with the stems and I will probably lose them. I think it is an issue with pythium although the roots are fine. The dusting of white is the good mycorrhiza I am sure, as the roots are bone white and exploding UP from the Rapid Rooters. One stem had the dripper positioned wrong and it was dripping on it, I'm sure that caused that one but the other one I'm not sure.

Due to the seeds arriving late I really can't flip for awhile so I will continue to update of course but I can't see flipping in time to be considered in the contest. I can't even get my flower tent set up, the move of my entire grow took me off guard completely and everything is screwed up now, I am SO behind and my plants are suffering for it.

Doubt she will survive, but the roots are sure happy :rolleyes1:

One that isn't affected, I need to get her into the big bucket and flowered, but I don't know when

Now the happy post, although the move has stressed myself and the plants to the max unfortunately. But life goes on, I'll cull what doesn't make it and keep going.

@Myself SSSC Lave Freeze, she is finally growing after stalling out for some time.

@davisgirl Sweet Bread, wish this gal was in a contest as she is the only happy plant in the tent, nothing bothered her and I should clone her but I have some time still to decide.

@St. Tom week 4 update on Dinafem Auto Gorilla and these girls have started to flower. I’ve been feed advanced nutrients ph perfect as needed. These girls are beautiful and can’t wait to see the final results. As I can’t make up my mind for witch plant will be my battle plant, I’m just going with my big girl on the left. She is also the last 3 pics. Good luck and keep up all the hard work growmies.

Well the girl that’s doing fine is looking awesome! And the Sweet Bread looks super fine. I’ve moved grows before — it’s exhausting and never goes smoothly.

Have you changed anything from your normal routine? Unless your pH was off, a tiny bit of Silica is not going to make your plants stay short. Clearly you have plenty of light, as there is virtually Zero stretch. I personally would shut OFF the Blurple light for a week or so. You need your plants to stretch, by turning off some light, they should respond by reaching for the light. If you have 3 plants that sized, try your 2 Cobs ONLY for a week. If the roots are healthy, then you know it isn't because the roots are unhealthy. No pests I assume? The Big Bruce should be a Monster. My Fast Master #1 has MASSIVE fan leaves and is doing great. Once my clones root, I will flip her. If she is a keeper, I will have 4 Clones. I have to flip her due to the Contest. I am hoping she Flowers as fast as they claim. If so, I will be very happy! But I have to time the cloning out better next time if I keep her. The rapid growth causes Hollow stems, which are not good for clones. But the second round Typically grows a little differently on clones vs from seed. I should have roots in a few days. If you need any advice, pm me. Peace, slow
Thanks Slow! The only change from the routine was the addition of silica in the first res, and reinstalling the big blurple. I’ll turn it off for a bit and get my 2700k COBs in there. Fingers crossed!

What medium are you using? Are you using Biotabs on both? Just water? Did you transplant those or leave them in the cups? Not sure what the cups look like down in there. If you need some advice, I am here to help. Also, what size pots? Peace, slow

Thanks mate. I'm using soil with added perlite around 70/30 mix. Biotabs have been used in both. One with problems has silicium flash added, forgot to put it in the other. Will top feed when needed.

They are instatransplant cups so have windows cut around the cup.

Cheers
