Dutch Passion Beginner grow - DP Blackberry

Nice grow fustipisti . I have tried to find out how these actually grew structure and yield wise. I am going to start 2 tomorrow in 5 gal buckets in a 4x4 so seeing this helped. Nice purple buds and a good yield can't ask for more. Good job.

I'm glad the journal helped you to set expectations. Hopefully you do way better, I had a few hiccups along the grow, so I'd think someone with more experience can double what I got! Thanks for the rep slap and the good words!

It did help it made my choice on how many to do and how they are going to fit in my space. I am excited to throw these things in today I really love the massive cola and the dense buds that surround the bottom to middle. I have never grown a purple strain but have always wanted to. Plus sounds like it is a good sleep aid. I will be making a journal this time. I think you got a shit load of some great smoke,I have a feeling this round will be super cool. Peace brother.....

One thing I'll note is that I'm seeing here in the forums that there are multiple phenotypes of this strain. Some are deep pruple, some are just plain green. I think mine has been in the middle somewhere, it's neither of the extremeities. I hope you get lucky and get one of those deep purple ones! :smoking:

Found what I mean - check out @dirty budster 's Blackberry. See that candy purple? I have not seen anything like that in my tent. Perhaps next time.

I finished 2 of those in March and one was green with purple tops, while the other was deep deep purple. Of course the purple is a joy for the eyes - but they are both great for the nose and taste buds. And with the high - so far I'm almost leaning towards my greenish girl! But that may change with the cure too.
Both plants had very similar structure with nice internodal spacing and took to LST really well.
I would def grow them again!

And yes, she puts me to sleep like a baby, especially in tincture...

I've definitely noticed a bit more mature of a high after curing. The first few days it was a bit harsher of a high in comparison to the Think Different from my previous grow. but now after some days passed, the aroma is much nicer in the jar, and the high is more rounded, more balanced.

I agree with you, the structure of this strain is excellent!
