You're at almost 8 weeks so your plants are starting to finish up. As they mature they start to use up the energy that has been stored in the fan leaves and they begin to turn yellow and die off. By the time they are ready to harvest all those leaves will have died and will be gone. Perfectly normal.

Is it possible to happen because of the lack in NITROGEN (N) or PHOSPHORUS (P) ? I looked at the ''problem solving table'' and I saw similar symptoms

It could be a P deficiency but this late in the grow it's more likely that the plant is just finishing off. You still have about 2 weeks before flushing so giving it a little more P and K certainly won't hurt and should help to fatten up your buds.
