Laughing Hyena Seeds Beaver Genetics Grow&show 2021

@beavergenetics :toke: ...mate, there is a lot of love and interest in Lil'MoBStar yet, here and at another private forum I'm on. Are there more seeds available, or plans to make more? She tested out very well here, and some other very picky folks elsewhere have been very enthusiastic about this cross! One guy grew a few outside up in WA, fared well through some gnarly hot hot weather conditions. Another in EU also did well with them in tough mold promoting conditions, so it's a solid OD cross-
I have a petite one finishing up now, a shared seed from that last manky ones left at AutoBeanStalk...

I wish you could see the smile on my face ) No outside tests on these were done, so that is good news! We will be making more in the near future, don't have an exact timeline as of yet. They sold out a lot quicker than we expected.

Please keep us updated on the end results

Well.. I may be just getting a whole new system mailed out? I’ll know more but based on shipping time and time needed before I flip pots to on... I may just pop 4 of these babies shortly need to hand water first 3 week anyway..

:jointman: <-- something like that? ...works both ways Beaver, you smacked this one outta the park!

The aroma on mine is a little of everybody in the mix, interestingly,.... berry, lemon-ish citrus, a bit of incense and something menthol/minty....
One of the guys at the other forum posted pic of the photo parent MoBStar, very nice plants... Quite fast and mold resistant (EU grower), 6-7 weeks only for bloom outside :coffee:... smoke was superb too!
I begged him to make fem's-

Popped two of my Lil Wild Lambs into some happy frog today. Germinating directly in soil with a little myco. Will update when I have sprouts. :)

Even a bigger smile than that lol. Waira thank you for the lovey words. Can't explain the feeling, as cliché as it sounds, its a really warm fuzzy feeling when other people enjoy the work you put into something just much as you.

It's nice to see how the strains perform outdoor. MOB by itself is an outstanding strain, Highrise did an an amazing job with that strain, quick finisher, great for outdoors and potent. I've seen quite a few crosses with MOB and most of them turn out exceptional. This project wouldn't have been possible without the original breeders, so lots of credits go to them.

You have a great sense of smell lol, picked up a hint of everything. Both MOB and Blue Dream had a variety of aromas, MOB was a big factor when it came to mold resistance and quick finishing times (I personally haven't grown it outdoors) Sensi Star was used mostly for that extra punch and Blue Dream Auto, put the missing pieces together.

@Waira would it be okay to use your pictures of Lil' MobStar in the previous page?

:passit: Cheers to that Beaver! ...you are welcome to any pics I post, I'm happy they will bait the hook :eyebrows: - good porn is priceless for advert's!

I've known Krk/HighRise quite a while now over a few forums,... His company is "retired" but he still breeds amazing things, and currently is working on a re-do of the amazing C99 auto he made years ago. That C99 and C99a has been used in so many private crosses because of the sheer quality of the work and selective genetics! His other auto's back in '12 were ahead of their time for all quality parameters...
MoB is also a cult favorite amongst many breeders,.. I lost track of it origins, but a few peep's were behind saving it from extinction, Krk was the final link and breeder, selling through the now defunct RCMC seeds site.
Funny thing, he dislikes purple varieties, and was trying to select only for the fully green pheno of MoB, but the purp's is very strongly genetically linked in there, so even S3-S4 with green's selections still show varying degrees of purple pheno's!
MoB is fast, another thing krk bred for, but potency was #1 with him,..... mold resistance too, but time has shown that to be somewhat pheno dependent as to what degree....
Myself, I loved both color pheno's, found them close in potency with slight differences in aroma nuances... Purp's had a light pineapple (some smelled licorice) smell in there, full-green a dash of incense...
3 seasons ago I ran a friends repro', and those buds were all berry, no backnotes like before... Something on an in-between pheno, deeply colored plant but buds were green, some purple highlights but not the ink-dipped full purple type...
A late start that year, only 7 gal pot too so she stayed small and narrow-->
