Barneys Blue Cheese Auto indoor

Day 28

I checked up on her last night before lights out, after only 4 or 5 hours the little bugger had completely re-orientated itself towards the light, never ceases to amaze me how quickly plants adapt. I tied the main stem down a little further, that's as much as i dare and i think its all i really need, the other branches look as if they will catch up pretty quickly. She's definitely liking the LST.

I'm yet to find a small enough fan, i'm looking for 4" - 6" max or it'll be too windy and will cool the tent too much

Week five, think she’s looking well.

I’ve changed the setup slightly to have the extraction on a separate timer to increase the temperature in the tent, it’s worked, up from 22 to 26 consistently.

One question though, I’ve photographed a runty little branch and wondering if I should get rid of it now before the plant puts anymore energy into it. I can’t train it out of the shade of the canopy as it’s too short, keen to hear your thoughts?

ok, finally caught up with ya over here, lol  me luv ur lil space with the single plant...it'z jus so...cute! now, u could snip that branch, but i meself most def would not :nono:, cuz it'z gonna turn into one of ur nice side colaz

subbed up! :pop: ppp

Thanks! Too late on the snipping front, that weedy branch got the snip this afternoon, there are 8 future colas remaining, I think that’ll do me rightly!

I’ve had to raise the light and replace my ancient carbon filter, house getting a little stanky

I have a red diesel photoperiod in there with her, was trying an outdoor grow but i felt sorry for it and brought it in, will be lucky to harvest that one this side of Xmas me thinks

Looking good bro. Id bend the main stem even more to create an even canopy, this way you could lower the lights more and and all colas recieve same amount of light...

i would train that main stem a little more but its very stiff now. point noted though, next AF grow will be trained a lot earlier and more aggressively.

Measured up today at 47cm tall & 45 wide, impressive growth for only a week (was 27 tall & 36 wide before training 12 days ago). I guess this is whats know as the stretch?

I've raised the plant so that the canopy is within 24 inches of the light, and at the moment i'm feeding 750ml/day with 3ml biobloom, 3ml topmax & 1ml biogrow, i'll probably take the biogrow out of the equation in a weeks time. Also, im taking out the odd leaf here and there, the ones in the shade and which look a bit runty, hopefully that's the right thing to do.

I'm learning a lot here, thanks for your inputs!

You’ve got a great first grow going! I would just let her buck at this point and just tuck leaves regularly. I would get a small fan in there to circulate the air in the tent, it will help strengthen colas and keep you from getting microclimates of still air. You could also run your extraction fan on a thermostat to maintain a temperature setpoint. At any rate, she’s happy and healthy, keep it up and you’ll have a pile of nugs on your hands!! I’m looking forward to seeing how she develops.

i forgot to mention i got a 4" fan in there now, the heat is circulating nicely. I don't think i need any further changes to the environment, so long as there are no disasters i'm in cruise control for another four weeks before flushing and cutting/drying/curing.

Thanks for dropping in :thanks:

soundz like u've got it dialed in mate, good job! ppp

Thats perfect growth..
Whats ur feeding schedule?

I like watering every other day to 20%+ runoff
No more than 1.2 ec including bg water
