Indoor Barneys Blue Cheese Auto Indoor Mk2

Still lookin nice and healthy m8 :smoking::d5:

thanks. Looking again today, I’m convinced I have two different strains, the smaller has some red appearing on the newer leaves whereas the larger is entirely green. They both came from the same packet from barneys farm/the vault. Whatever they are, as long as they’re healthy I’ll be happy

Could be.. Early days yet tho.. I'm no expert but I think there's quite a bit of strain variation with autos where photos would be more alike for want of a better word. I have 3 Dinafem White Cheese autos close to chop and all 3 look different :jointman: like u say if they go well and produce then all's good

Another few days and i'm amazed at how much growing they do in such a short period of time. There's still a fair difference between the girls despite coming from the same seed packet

I got some algae on the surface of the soil, i scooped as much as possible off and laid another inch of soil on top to keep the light off any that was left, i'll have to buy some sand to permanently put a stop to it.

My RH is still low, i really don't want to invest more cash in a humidifier and humidistat, has anyone got any tried and tested DIY fixes to bring it up to 40 or 50%? My fear is that i could push it too high with a humidifier and cause even more problems, better the devil you know than the devil you don't.

Next week it'll be time to top and to start LSTing them i think

Anyway, herewith some photo's taken just after their first proper feed, 1ml/L of Bio Bizz Bio Grow, gently does it!

Thanks for reading!

M8 I have a very similar hygrometer to that one.. it's a cheap one init?? eBay?? Well anyway.. the RH reading on mine is off.. way off.. I'd try a new hygrometer before u invest in anything more expensive.. little ladies look great btw.

I’ve no idea where I picked that up, it could well be completely wrong. I can check, where I work we have calibrated RH equipment, if it’s wrong I’ll be happy to just ignore it

I'd defo try that first.. cheapest fix if that's what it turns out to be.

Another few days and things seem to be going well

I’ve changed the set up slightly to link the extraction to the inkbird, this serves two purposes, it’s keeping the RH slightly higher and it’s not waking me up at 4am when it all starts up. My 4” fan now runs with the lighting schedule which is keeping the air mixed nicely inside the tent

apart from that, they’ve had two feeds of biobloom and I’ve LST’d and tucked the bigger girl, the smaller one I’ll do in a few days when there’s enough space between the nodes.

wow.....in 7 days these girls have grown so fast both have entered flowering bang on time, i've never had plants this big at only 28 days old, im gonna have to do some defoliation (but i'm scared to hurt them!)

aaaaanyway, i think i ran into a calmag issue with the smaller girl, so i've supplemented the feed for both with 1ml/L Vitalink CalMag, i might be wrong she could just be hungry but she's progressing well. The feed is always between 6.1 and 6.5

As always, thanks for looking and here are some photo's!
