Thanks growdawg30'z!

I have really enjoyed growing these beauties. They have been no hassle what so ever.

I am a brand new grower and these strains have been very forgiving. They have been grown in less than ideal conditions, but are still doing well. I can only imagine what Purple Cheese and Little Cheese could do in a Master Growers hands.....

BTW they looked freakin badass last time... Im just anxious because of all your talk!

So, last night I gave what I think is going to be their last feeding. I sorta went overboard just to see what they can handle. I gave what FF considers a heavy feeding plus what they consider a light/normal feeding. I know this may have not been a good idea, but I just wanna see....

This morning they look super perky. The fan leaves and sugar leaves are all pointing upward and super green. The buds...oh the buds... I tried taking pics last night but the HPS lighting screws everything up and its raining outside.

Now for a question.

I am seriously considering cutting the top cola off the little goat cheese. It looks so good and the lower buds are shaded and just lagging. Do you think that if I flush it for the next couple days and chop it, the lower buds would continue growth?

Thanks for any advice!

Yes, you can take the main cola and leave the lower buds. They will continue to grow and mature. Also, if you've pollinated any branches you will want to leave those for another few weeks till the seeds are fully mature.

I could be. How do the smaller leaves that come out of the buds look? Are they starting to yellow or are they still green?

They are still green and pretty. In the last two days I have been getting some yellowing of the lowest fan leaves, but nothing major.

If the fan leaves are only starting to yellow and the bud leaves are still green, it's not ready yet. Still lots of bud growth to come as the plant eats up the stored energy in those leaves.
