New Grower Baby steps and the cultivation of autoflowers

I would try to get her more light somehow bc her main stem needs to thicken up and your node stacking won't be close if light isn't intense enough you want them to STACK ON EACH OTHER this plant is older but will give you a idea of what I mean when light isn't intense you get long node spacing and not good yields

Your may have missed that 1; this is an outdoors grow, and 2; this is an outdoors grow. ;)

The plant is in a 80L storage box that's been epoxied to the lip of the 5L pot.
She gets the light that is available, period. I would love to have an indoors grow, but right now, that is not quite possible.

So she'll be 6 weeks old come Monday, stretching like a cat, and beginning to smell a bit.

She's still awfully tiny, ofc, haven't quite made it past 20cm yet ( that's roughly 8" for you Imperials.), but with a little luck, she just might. Maybe.
Gently rubbing the stem leaves your fingers slightly sticky and well stinky. Still a little generic, though there is a definite touch of earthen spice in there.
As little as she'll yield if I don't kill her by accident, I'm still looking forward to proper organic weed that I haven't had to buy, beg or get lucky to get.
Have a fantastic weekend, fellers and dudettes!

Right. She'll be eight weeks old come Monday, and not a speck of frost on her. Insufficient light, early stunting, crappy soil, possibly a couple of cool nights (or maybe more than a couple).
A couple of leafs have had a bit of an involuntary trim, due to the bloody box coming off and getting blown about the other day.

I'm hoping she's "just" abnormally slow, but there's a not-so-fine line between hope and delusion. .. .. ..
Time will tell.

bloody hell, why u no pictures?

hmm.

Also, I seem to have messed with the dates and age and all. I'm a stoner, ok?

She was born Monday 30-04-18.

You do the math! ;)

day 47 ? i see pistols pre flowers  unlikely to gain much more than half again, but could go a bit longer than most.
first time out the box nothings quite right,so errors and mishaps will happen.its the downside of how we learn :watering:but stick at it and it will come good :greenthumb:
good luck n keep er lit.

Put it down to experience, onwards and upwards

Cheers, Archie. Would be nice if she did.

Yeah, and I'll let her run till she's all out of steam, one way or the other. There's more to be learned here. ;)

Right, so I told her like a million times to not touch the sides or top of the box, it would cause her rot and a broken neck, I told her.
She didn't listen.

On the other hand, she does seem to try to produce. Poor girl.

Count your blessings, I usually say. And she's healthy, she sure is. She smells good, and she didn't die from the neck breaking.
Pictures don't really show that well, but there's a hint of beginning frost where you'd normally expect it. Just a hint, but it's there.
Against all odds, she's growing up. Or well, maturing, at least. Not much growth, to be honest.
Have a nice one, AFN.

She ain't too bad, just a little slow. She might yet surprise you with the yield. Nice serated edges on the leaves

Cheers, yeah, I think she looks alright, really. Nicely shaped and good colour, healthy as can be, in spite of me. Just small and slow. ;)
