Hey guys got my Dutch passion autoultimate going she had a slow start but she's looking awesome now but she's 5 weeks old and only a few pre flowers. She has the same amount of pre flowers as my photo next to her. All my autos started pre flower by day 27 and by week 5 all the bud sites were shooting mad pistols. Maybe her getting stunted slowed her down. Not sure should I 12n12 her or just wait another week? Anybody with experience with this strain and it being slow to bud?

If shes showing preflowers why do you need to 12/12? I'd leave her be mate.

I agree with whalefish if she shows preflowers let her do her thing... she will get there.

Will do. Just a little inpatient 5 weeks I had tons of buds starting on my last 3 autos Adding lights as well will have 275 watts cfl going to 400watts cfl next week. Getting another 600 hps will have it within 2 to 3 weeks from now hopefully. If not going to 500 watts cfl. So she should definitely be stretching and flowering soon not stretching much at all not lack of light have grown before with same setup with fair results . But I'm going to leave her at 20/4 now let her do her thing. Thanks guy's. She does look a little funny around the preflowers will post pick tomorrow.

Good luck bud .. I run mine at 18/6

13/11 FTW

Yes I'm going to have to try something my photos get more pistols in 3 days after I switch than she has at basically 6 weeks. There are no bud sites starting at all I'm thinking she's not a photo. Switching lights will update.

If there's still vertical growth just let her grow! I grew an AU that was still growing 6 weeks in! Had to let it go to 90 days.

Any ways, great strain. Usually guaranteed a nice yield of top smoke.

I'm letting her do her thing she's a beast at 26 inches tall and just about as wide at the bottom. She is still only pre-flowering when she does start budding they should be pretty nice my autos never got this big before starting to flower. Will update

Are you still feeding high nitrogen nutes? If yes, that can slow flowers on some strains and make no difference on other strains. The longer in veg, the bigger the final yield should be. It's a trade off. You may have some very Sat dom phenos that take forever to finish but the smoke will make up for it.
