Auto Seeds Autoseeds GOTY 2nd Leg - Purple Stilton & Sucker Punch (Only1Sky)

Ok; this is crazy. Over the past 5 days the Sucker Punch has added 2" (5 cm) or about 14%, but the Purple Stilton has added 10.5" (26.7 cm) for over 37%. As of day 38 their heights are: Punch 16" (40.6 cm), and Stilton 38.5" (97.8 cm). @Autoseeds.com -- is this possible, or did I somehow switch the tags and mistake which plant is which? I'm very meticulous about about keeping track of such things, and I'm never stoned when tending the plants, but heck, I'm too old to ever say never.

Purple Stilton is a pretty tall plant, I forget who it was but on the last grow battle we did, someone had one top out at nearly 6ft! and it was a beast to boot. I would have said that was a rarity and will only happen outdoors. But Purple Stilton is one of our original lineup and when we were doing our testing indoors it was using lights that are now at least 6 years out of date, so who is to say that with modern rigs it may be taller than we initially gave her credit for.
But back to the question, Sucker punch does stretch a bit later than some of our other strains, however it should finish up around 38-48in so if it is already at that height i would say you have them labelled correctly.

It was 5 1/2 foot at the time of chop and definately needed support of main branches, so you may want to start thinking about that now.

Yep, Big she was.... a nice plant to grow, and now in jars, curing nicely... will complete a smoke report soon.

Have fun with her, if you have the same pheno as I did allow lots of room.

Day 43. Purple Stilton now at 46" (116.8 cm) and Sucker Punch at 17.5" (44.5). Both seem happy and un-stressed. Due to some re-arranging of other plants, these two now have considerably more room to themselves --- an important issue for Stilton, to be sure.

Day 50. Both gals enjoying the extra room they now have. At this point, its all about the bud development. Tall Stilton on left, short Punch on right. No changes to light schedule or feed program.

Day 59. Both ladies doing well. The difference in height continues; Purple Stilton has added 3.5" and is now 49.5" (125.7 cm), whereas Sucker Punch added just half an inch and is now just 18" (45.7 cm). The Stilton's main colas are now starting to flop over --- as I was warned, I'm going to need some scaffolding support real soon. Here she is:
