Grow Mediums Autopot system using smartpot instead of stock 3.9 pot

I just use 8L bottle from some soy sauce. Drill a hole and put the hose in it. Glued with hot glue, and voila, I have new reservoir for less than 1 dollar.

Thanks Hemi--- i wasnt aware that the xl version was shown on their website with fabric pots. After reading the desription from their website, it appears they promote the benefits of smart pots that we are all aware of. In addition, they promote to use a pot sock to contain the roots.
I plan on purchasing soon, after my present grow. Just trying to do some research now.

I know it might sound like we are beating you up. It’s not that, it’s just that we are passionate about these systems. They have an answer for almost everything and every situation and I’m not rethinking the wheel. I have grown hydro DWC, soil, coco, indoor, greenhouse, and outside and this is the only system I have ever been able to leave for up to two weeks and not really worry about them. Not that daily/weekly maintenance isn’t a good thing but nice to know in a pinch you can fill the reservoir, check your timers, and leave town. I have to for work all the time and while I still worry, each time I got back home they were healthy and considerably bigger.

Don’t hesitate to get the autopot system in whatever configuration fits your needs and you will see, it just works and let us know how it works for you.

Whats up everyone im new here and im wondering if i can use a 3 gallon fabric pot in the 5 gallon autopot spring pot system? Im growing in a 2x2x4 tent and want to conserve room and use the 3 instead of the 5 gallon.
