Grow Mediums Autopot first run questions

I run four Autopot 3.9 gal.

I use a liquid organic called Medina Hasta gro plant food...mixed 1/2 strength. I use well water at 200 ppm, final mix is 750-800.

I use this mix from germ to chop. So far no issues with plugging valves or lines......

That's really good to know. I use Hasta-Gro as my general outside fertilizer. I wonder if a little foliar spray made up of Garret Juice is in order.

I haven't used the Garret Juice but I bet it would.be good.

Using the Hasta Gro plant food at 1/2 strength is the only thing I've used that I didn't get lock out and/or deficiency issues. I run it all the way to finish and have perfect green leaves till the fade starts at the end of flower.

I may just have to try this. It would be funny as F if the golden ticket had been sitting on my shelf the whole time. :crying:

@TexasGrows you have no line clogging issues? Do you use a line cleaner like Drip Clean?

I switched over to the megacrop nutrient line last week. I’m working on dialing in the proper nutrient mix.It seems that the first plants in my line we’re not getting enough water while the last one was. All the valves are full the bowls are full. But it seems like the first two plants were water starved. I top Fed them and they are doing slightly better. Any ideas why the first two plants in the run would not be up taking enough water? Could it be they’ve been in veg too long and there’s an issue with the roots at the bottom?

If the trays are full then the system is working and the only place to look is the soil or the plant......your not running any bottom pebbles are you?....

Yeah running bottom clay pebbles I’m wondering if I have too thick of a pebble layer in the xl pots.

I have had no plugging issues at all. I have the Aquavalve5.

I don't use a line cleaner, but I do clean the reservoir before each filling. I probably should start flushing the lines every now and then as precaution.

Y'all got me thinking....... I'm gonna add flushing the lines out every other week to my routine. Better safe than sorry!!!!!
