Autoflowering breeding experiment

man you should me a thread doing a tutorial on this for newbies like me on the breeding....I have a mid size grow room in witch I made a hole on the roof and put a policarbonte transparent dome to use the sunlight (here in venezuela we have 12/12 all year but the its pretty hot outside 35C) so should I "VEG" with MH 24/7 for 2 weeks and them put them under the dome or would that cause them more stress?

I use Gibberellic Acid (GA3) to make my male flowers, or colloidal silver also works, the silver you can make yourself at home, just look for instructions on the net... Selfing means you made a male flower on a female plant and used it to pollinate the ladies = 100% females every time, I just want to make sure about crossing the autos, I plan to self pollinate as well as cross pollinate all the different autos I have using male flowers I harvest off of the females, this should provide me with 100% female,autos seeds
