Well guys it's that simple, im interested in changing my grow from photo to auto since im a commercial grower and I want to do as many haverest as I can per year, so I started doing some research on auto and they cant be clone, so why not do a run breeding?(I have no experience breeding but how hard could it be?).

I bought 10 regular Lowlife auto Blueberry seeds(bought then regular since i dont want to hermie and from here i can get straight Male plants), 3 fem dutch passion Blueberry, and FEM Dinafem Critical Jack AUTOFLOWERING.

Since im no expert in genetics and I dont wanna be doing 6-7 runs to get a stable strain(to much time dedication, I just want to be able to run as many grows as I can without buying seeds each time), what should I do?

My idea was to simply run the first grow with the 10 regular Lowlife AUTO Blueberry seeds, never kill the males so the pollinate the females and retrieve the seeds and save some pollem to later cross them with my other FEM auto seeds? or should I throw them all at once and let the males polinate all the plants(including the DP blueberries and DF Critical Jacks)

Like I said Im not expert and im open to any advise posible, thanks guys.

I would throw them all at once if you have good growing experience. You should get a few thousand seeds no problem

witch cross will you think will be best? and i dont needs thousands of seeds with a good 500 seeds ill be good, should I only mix the best male with the best 3 females, kill the other males and bud the other plants?

What I am doing is very similar. I bought seeds (fem) and grew them for two months. I then took the main buds and put a female turned male to breed the lower buds. I was then able to smoke the mothers and know which seeds to use for future breeding. I started with 4 females and 1 male. The yeild was 7 0zs. and over 1000 grade A seeds, all females. It took 6 weeks for the seeds to dry(?) and now I plant 100 at a time.At that same time I had about 8 other strains nearby and when smoked the budda syrup was the best. 60 days seed to harvest and great smoke!Luckly she got some pollen and gave me 17 seeds, a great accident. Now I bought moke syrup seeds and am going to breed them to my syrup from last crop and themselves.I will get a few 1000 seeds, all female. I figure 100 at one oz. each ever 2 months is 6 pounds 5 times a year. I grow outside right now but inside 1 sq. ft. of area per plant is enough. So a 4x4 has 16 feet with 1 per foot gives you 1 lb. per unit.

Stonemaster, if I understand you correctly you self pollinated ,, your seeds from this were all female, were they all about the same as the mother plant? I'm about to do the same as well as cross some dif autos with auto female with a male flower pollen, I have like 4 dif auto varieties, 2 are 1 fem seed only, I am going to get a few male flowers on each and wish to cross all the strains against each other, one bud with plant a pollen, another with plant b pollen and so on all the way around each variety,,, I mostly just want descent quality fem autos to set up out door flower beds planting 1 week apart until it's to late in the year to harvest in time. hope to harvest a plant/set of plants a week once the budding starts .:toke::lol::hump:

I have the following autos I plan to cross all with each other and produce a huge stash of fem auto seeds, the crosses that turn out the best will be done again.
1.Short Stuff -Snowryder is a 100% auto flowering strain, a hybrid of Lowryder and Snow White.
2.Lowryder- Lowrider#2
3.Dinafem - Grapefruit
4.Dinafem - Original Amnesia Auto
5.Dinafem - White Widow autoflowering is the cross of our best male Critical+ Autoflowering with the original White Widow clone.

I should have some nice seeds, I'm also going to self each one to get more of the originals, I'm super excited about the possibilities of the auto flowers this will revolutionize guerrilla farming and indoor as well.

No,247. I bought feminized seeds and then ordered online a product called "tirelas mist". It cost about 20$ total and is 100% effective. You start your seeds and at about 2 weeks you chose your best plant and start spraying her once a day.The others at three weeks will start showing hairs but the treated one looks sick. this is a hard road for the plant but after about two weeks of this "she" makes pollen sacs. I kept her seperate for a month until the main colas finished and harvested, then I put the male(?)in the patch.6 weeks later the seeds were ready. 4 females with their tops gone still Picture 044.jpg produced over 1000 seeds.Since there was no Y chromizone in the pollen, all offspring are female! If you need help me and everyone else here are ready.Picture 004.jpgThe two males(?) are a white widow and an afgan kush.

You are right 247. This is going to chang outdoor growing. Next year I am skipping the photos and go auto only. They do best if you start them indoors for 2 weeks then go out. What this means is only 6 weeks out and then harvest!2 weeks before harvest you start the next group so on this time line I count 5 harvest per season here in my part of the u.s.a.Also the first 2 crops no one is even looking yet.

hey stone, so if I use the pollem of a male plant, then the seeds received will be regular (50%X - 50%Y) right? I just looked on the net for the "tirelas mist" you metioned and nothing came out, but what i understood is that it makes a female bring out pollem sacks without the hermie stress, and with its pollem you polinate your fem plants and all the seeds turn out fem (100%X)...where can I find the tirelas mist and how do I use it properly?
