Then add nutrients, after removing the air stone.
(Gets closer to Hydroponics oxygen levels, and will purify the water, before adding nutrients.)
Good size established plants can take 1L of water every 12 hours, if they are thirsty, check soil.
First few weeks only need water every ~24-48 hours, As they grow every 24 hours.
