New Grower autoflower no flowering pistils at day 39 from seed

Hi guys im growing 2 northern lights autoflowers its now day 39 from planting the seed in coco they are super short and bushy but no pistils at all been on a 18/6 light sched anyone know what the hold up is and should i move to a 12/12 light sched or just wait it out for a few more weeks

Some plants take longer one of mine took forever, I have 3 plants each one flowered at diff times one is a week or two from harvest another just started flower all grown at same time.

What the seed company says for when it will flower and how long it will take etc are estimates you will also see a lot of people growing plants that take 60 to 70 days according to breeders for weeks longer because if you wait longer and check trichs for more ambers your buds can swell more and will get more of a couch lock stone.

thanks for the super fast reply this is my first grow maybe im being impatient i just thought at day 39 from seed and them being autoflowers that id see alot of pistils il give it a few more weeks and get back to you on this threads maybe post some pics thanks.

Like mentioned some tale a bit longer bro. My royal queen northern light auto didnt start to flower until day 60 and took about 125 days to finish. I've had other strains strat to flower at 2-3 weeks and by done by 60 days . Just depends on genetics and environment.

Welcome! It's easy to be impatient with this trust me I am sitting here watching buds grow slowly day by day lol I've learned to just close my tent the majority of the time. Post some pics for sure I am sure everyone would like to see the plants and know about your setup.

Oh the mystery of the nl auto an why she takes so long to flower when in theory northern lights is just a really worked afghani line you would think it would flower fast I know when dad used to grow it
Well it was one of the fastest plants to flower as a photo .I to experiened this phenomenon with a greenhouse seeds nl auto it took forever I thought it was a photo but it eventually autoed.This is a afn unsolved mystery for sure .

thanks for all the super fast replys guys i did not think i would even get a reply and just minuets after posting awesome i will post some pics soon and as for my set up its just a standerd tent 80x80x120 300w LED light few fans intake outtake ect

39 days is kind of a long time to not see pistols. But you are lucky actually. If its healthy you will benefit from a longer veg time. The longer the veg the bigger the plant and the bigger the harvest... Normally.
If you're in no big hurry I would just leave them at 18-6. You should definitely see some signs within the next 10 days I would think. If not maybe they got mixed with some photos [emoji2369]

yea i thought it was a long time as well to not be showing with an auto but im gonna stick it out few more weeks on 18/6 then if need will try 12/12 for a week just to see if it kick starts it
