I have two J.H AF plants going both are around 3feet! At 45 days from germ I started my FF trio of nutes they looked very healthy and green! I'm using FFOF so I figured that would be good for about 5 weeks? then I started big bloom once a week and PH water with superthrive every 4-8 days (basically nutes then every other water with ST)! last night I gave it its first 1/4 dose of tiger and full dose of big bloom! Now it looks like I have a magnesium problem some leaves have a lighter shade of green? They also seem to have a sheen to them but no yello yet! Any help would be appreciated!! THANKS GANJA D!!!!!

Without some pics its hard to tell.If there bottom leaves look funny, thats no problem.Have you been giving them cal-mag? Try and get some pics if you can. Also whats your PH?

Sorry no camera PH is 6.5 and some of the white hairs r an inch long!

Is that pH reading from your runoff or what you're pouring in? Did you add any lime to the FFOF before you planted? Can you post a picture of the troubled leaves, taken under normal light outside the grow room?

Posting pics of problems helps alot with diagnosis, i am not a pro and usually ignore problems and they go away naturally but my pics help the pros advise me better

this is a good question . ph in,ph out, with out a good probe and I stress "good" you wont know the soil ph..with that said..................here's some good info on ph.....

If your runoff pH is higher than your starting pH, use this equation to determine your soil pH:*
Soil pH = Runoff pH + Difference

If your runoff pH is lower than your starting pH, us this equation:
Soil pH = Runoff pH - Difference.

For example, say your the starting pH of your solution before it goes in is 6.5 and the pH of your runoff is 7.0. The difference is +0.5, so using the above equation:
Soil pH = 7.0 + 0.5*
Soil pH = 7.5

If your starting pH is 6.5 and your runoff is 6.0, your difference is -0.5 and using the above equation:
Soil pH = 6.0 - 0.5
