Would adding more soil not work?

you can add some more coco around the sides of your seedlings i grow in coco and i found it a little bit scary starting out but your plants look great and as someone said lower your light to stop that stretch i also used to grow with hps bulbs

Not needed. Next time fill the pots a little fuller because the bigger the root ball the better the yield - to a point.

Thanks guys appreciate it and thanks Tom I thought they looked small for there age but I read online that because I'm growing in 12l pots will take longer to grow as the roots will be developing more as apposed to smaller pots

At this poit i think folding the pots are a better option. They are still small and more soil would just cover the stem, i think. You can always add soil later, when she's bigger. But more experienced growers may have something else to say.

Also would you suggest adjusting W from 250w to 400w

what kind of water are you giving them? do you ph your water? early growth is generally small, but afer 2 weeks they should start looking like actual plants, not seedlings.

I'm giving them tap water settled for 24 hours at the right temperature
