I got some cuts of the purple stem asian haze to root. Soo fast too. My kush cuts take double as long...?

So we'll find out what a cutting of this will do! Will get some pics up when i get around to it

I still think cloning the bigger autos is the key to better breeding. Instead of blindly crossing to a female that looks good and smells good... If you can keep a clone of mom until you smoke her, you've got an edge!

No it's not still flowering. All the hairs turned brown, and it looks like it's kind of re vegging. Yeah now that i know it's a female i can toss it into the finish pot right now..

The clones might come in handy with feming. You could test your plant for herm traits before you used the clone to produce female pollen.

interesting... if it will "re veg" it seems very photo sensitive not fully auto, which means outside it will preform much diferent, as the increasing sun hours will cause the plant to continue to veg even, if the light hours 15-19hrs... southern folk are fucked...lol use northern peeps have a workable outdoor plant.

LBH says this line has some hermi tendencies, which I think could be worked out in a few generations. Your fem thinking is right on, interesting the clone idea... that would at least give you a control... the original mom would flower out and her clone would be sts'ed or CS'ed, if mommy grows out to your liking(with some stressing) then you could sleep at night knowing that your seed line would have a better chance of being herm free female.

Once again if you fem a plant which is a herm, or has a tendency to herm under less thean perfect conditions you will get male, female and herm seed.

i try with some of my auto haze;s but never get them in veg but meabey this cross with thaipan is?

indeed they hermie do the thaipan2.0 i crosst in ,(the hermie is only in begin preflowering some male balls but wen cut off they never show again and it will be nice smoke)
but my pure autoflowering haze dont hermie
and that why i put first this cross too the marked so seedbanks cant steel genetics so kwik (they must first breed out the hermie for fem seeds)

I'd be curious to see if it can be kept vegging, and if so, what number of hours of dark are needed to start flowering.

Those buds are sure looking nice Bailer, what are they smelling like now? I am down to the last nug of my outdoor haze (Ft Collins Cough S1's) and I'm really going to miss having it around. Going to have to give the Asian Haze a go next year outdoors.
