Autoflower Asian Haze Test Grow

How old are those?

They are around the 10/11 week range. I think one will go to around 12 weeks, the other might be 14. When you consider a regular sativa you have a 10/16 week flower period ontop of your 4 to 6 week veg time. So these are a nice progression for sativas imo.

Small Tester Report.

I dried a bud last night, for today. LBH and I were curious about the effects on the BOM entry plant.

Pretty damn good stuff I must say! Granted it needs some more time for sure, buds aren't even close to done swelling. The trichs are still mostly clear and cloudy as well.
The buds are super sticky even though my tester was bone dry. The bud has enough resin to make the zigzag almost clear from all the resin as it's burning down.

The high is right in your head too, you feel it in your eyes. Been so long since i've smoked a sativa it's almost strange not having the body effects.

Even though it was quick dried over night. The burnt smoke has that hazey smell to it, after leaving the room for a while. The haze smell is un mistakable once you come back.

The high is clear, you know your cooked. You don't have to look for effects, they hit you full on. It is a typical trippy sativa high, but my heart isn't racing.

The high doesn't stop after you out the joint, I was still feeling a noticeable increase in effects a good few min after i outed the joint..

One of the more complete high's I have had from an auto. Some autos give you that feeling like some thing is missing. After the joint you feel like it was worth it, plus i didn't have to burn a gram to notice anything. .5 gram joint to myself.

Kinda rings my bell to be honest.

I smoked a joint to myself about an hour ago, and i don't feel like i need to smoke another. Or like I am burning out.

Really nice though. You should be proud of the work you've put in on these auto hazes LBH . If you have better in store, I can't want to try the next level shit.

Insaneeeeeeeeee :D i love them
Tnx for sharing :p

unfortunately i haz to wait till outdoor seson to try them, after seing this pictures it's gonna be a long winter :D

peace

I really like the work you have done on auto flowering sativas LBH. Bailerbud, those plants look fantastic, you will have a nice stash from those two plants. It will be nice to mix it up with indicas to keep from getting bored.

LBH, What % do you think will autoflower? If I put plants outside in the spring, how long before they start flowering?

I'm very interested to learn more about the thiapan used in this cross. Do you know the origins of this plant, and was it selected from photo sensitive genetics? Can you share more about the high and other attributes?

When will you be offering your auto haze? I would love to have a plant like this to do some crosses with other plants I like. Until you do offer the auto haze, what cross do you think offers the most soaring, euphoric high?

Thanks for your hard work and answers.

O.k., I have found answers to a couple of my questions. The Asian Haze is fully auto, and the Thaipan smells lemony.

I'm a little confused by the lineage of the Asian Haze, from what it says at the e-shop it is a cross of Auto Haze back crossed to Ace's Thai/OT Haze. Also in the description it mentions that the cross contains Thaipan. Is that correct? I don't recall that Thaipan was used to create the auto haze, or did I miss something?

Asian haze is (Thai pan haze) x (auto haze). It's a BX to auto haze, because thai pan haze is (auto haze) x (thai pan). Another way to think about it is, asian haze is 2/3'rds auto haze.

(Thai pan) and (thai pan haze) are 2 different things. Thai Pan/thai pan 2.0 are thai line's that auto with no known introduction of lowryder, or ruderalis. There is some more info on thai pan on another site, but you'll have to google it. I don't have the URL off hand.

I'll have to clear up the description some more. Ace's Thai/OT Haze, were the photo strains used to make the auto haze, used in these crosses.

Hope you can follow that.
LBH will have to clear anything up if i didn't get it right.

Thanks Bailer, that did clear it up. I guess the Asian Haze is the closest I will get to a Auto Haze for now. I know the mixed haze pack has the possibility of finding an Auto Haze, but I don't want to have to look for it. I'll do a google search for the Thai pan, sounds interesting. I often hear people complaining of finding autos in seeds they are growing, and some breeders who find them work to remove the trait. I always think it is ashame not to use the better ones for new auto lines.

very very nice - making it hard to resist the dark side!!
 to the breeder and the grower
:smokebuds:
