Lighting AutoCob, Auto Flower, megacrop thread.

I took a few pictures of my megacrop mixing station. I have 2 small mason jars with water I microwave for a few minutes then pour it in. The larger jars make for great mixers. I also use the small ones with the plastic lids to store it. Little painters tape to block the light.

Easy as pie.

I’m still a noob with mega crop but why do you microwave your water?

9% N. I've been running Mega 2.0 for over a year now and have had great results. The N is not a problem as long as you don't try to run very high PPM levels. I find best results in the 475-525 ppm range. I run these level start to finish.

The quantity of nitrogen. I think the new stuff is 10 or 11% nitrogen. This is a lot higher than most base veg nutrients. Never mind an additive to a base nutrient.

Yes I’m using the 2.0 as well. It’s the calmag 2.0 that’s got the extra nitrogen that’s to high in my opinion. I didn’t read the labels on the new calmag and added it like normal. Plants turned dark green in 24 hours, 30 hours tips dropped and 48 hours weren’t happy at all. I ended up ruining the crop. It’s nothing against them, it’s on me for not reading the bag. If used in moderation with a decrease in megacrop it should do well. Some say they don’t even use calmag with the 2.0 megacrop. I’m learning.
