New Grower Auto Ultimate x5

Whats going on everybody.I thought i would do a midweek update to let everyone know how the girls are doing...They are on days 44,43,42 now...I think the stretch is about done and in any case i didnt want them stretching too much more,so i went ahead and upped the feeding, tell me what you guys think...I now have them at 1500 ppm ,which is still not a full Lucas ratio feeding, this is from 30 grams of maxibloom in five gallons water(full lucas would be 35 grams in 5 gallons,I will go up as long as they show they can handle it),the final ppm of 1500 does include the silica and the cal mag..since my previous experience has only been with photoperiods ,and Lucas ratio is good from (basically)start to finish, what ppm are other Lucas followers feeding at,and at what stages/time periods(Calling all Lucas Followers!!!)???.....I would like to nominate myself as the best "leaf" grower i know, cause thats all i am getting(lol, just kidding),Seriously, the buds are starting to fill in,better late than never, and the plants will be moving back inside to an 18 hour light schedule(currently 12 outdoors),so we will see how this affects them,....The dog pruned plant is still trying to catch up to her sisters(has the fight of a pit bull) and i have not given up on her...anyway im sure i forgot some info, but here are some pics..Thanks for stopping by.... Every day seems like a new day!!!! Since i posted last,I have spent two days trimming and harvesting my photoperiods...Yaaaaa,I have about 6 lbs of LA Confidential(wet weight)PA050014.JPG and just under 2 lbs of purple erkle(wet weight)PA050016.JPG...so this means that i can move into fall/winter only working with the autos. That being said,I have moved the 5 Ultimates back into the house where they will go to an 18/6 schedule for the remainder of their time..This also allows me to get the humboldt blue dream autos going.....anyway,three of the plants have stretched to 3'9",and one is slightly shorter but has a little better bud development,,the dog pruned plant is the shortest but is imo doing quite well,..One Important Note..(for all its worth) The plant in altitude brand coco(a local company) is a bit shorter, but has slightly better bud development, same conditions and feedings....I have also backed the nutes down just a bit(to about 1300ppm),as i have noticed slight nute burned tips on one plant...now to the pics PA050008.JPG PA050009.JPG PA050012.JPG ...Thanks for stopping by weee.png Brothers and Sisters

Very nice dude got your self some lovely looking bud there and still the ultimates to go nice [emoji106]

With that kind of photoperiod harvest and 5 ultimates going you'll be swimming in bud! I'll be interested to hear your take on the auto vs photo quality / quantity once these are done.

Thanks @Wile e Peyote and Thanks @Prez2.0 ...(i was trying to use the "quote option" but couldnt figure it out)... I will prob eth extract most of it,My 1/2 gallon mason jars are still full of Chem dog,Green Crack and unknown "Bagseed".It was sorta a bumper crop, but it gives more product to:stir: make the "oil"...anyway i still have one golden goat photoperiod and one more la con finishing in the greenhousePA080001.JPG ..what you think of that little guy(photoperiod L.A.)? theres a story behind it,but ill post that in a photoperiod thread....now...I will go out on a limb and say that no matter what the autos do i will still be happy that i didnt have to buy it somewhere else and if its not that great(Q&Q) it can only get better. Considering the issues i have encountered on this inital run i dont have my expectations set too high,The AU's surprise me everyday and are looking happy and healthy....One question I need help with is,I have the money to buy a ph pen and have either a blulab(non replaceable tip)or a Hanna phep 4(replaceable tip)in mind,Do i have to get a calibration kit and do these have to be stored with the tip submersed/wet,Anybody ??? Thanks for checking up on me everybody(i need it) !!!

Hey everybody,I am doing a last update on this grow because i have ran into some issues that had me make the decision to "just cut em down",,,long story short,i,and the good people in the live help section(Thank You @Waira and @epenguin and @wg),believe that the softened water has caused issues with the plants(and in all honesty,id rather start over)..That being said,i did learn some things on this first auto grow that will get me on the right path for my next grow, and i also wanted to say thanks for all that viewed and contributed to my First journal..I will be germing the next batch of 8(since both lamp will be freed up)..I am including a few pics...now what should i sprout next..lol...and Yaaaa,i have a ph pen now !!

Thanks @Prez2.0 I was luckily persuaded to continue the grow, just didn't feel right keeping the journal going ,I did post again in live help to get a opinion on the ripening/finishing, I am thankful for the advice to keep growing because man what a difference a few weeks makes, the colas are thick like soda bottles and the trich coverage is thick,I think they will be ready in about a week or so...I will be back with a new multi strain grow, and I will keep better tabs on my water supply and ph...thanks for stopping by
