could be a calmag prob i could be wrong see what everyone says first and the dose seems ryt see how she takes to it then bump it up allittle next week and so on

Ya it could work doubt it would be cal/mag this early in the grow. Will keep this updated the main worry is the edges of the leaves curling up its only happening to the bigger leaves but is starting to happen on the new leaves. I would normally think this woul indicate heat stress but the temps are stable and the 250 cfl is about 4-5 inches away from the plant. Think i might back it off till she recovers

ok things seem to be getting worse the yelloowing is starting to get a bit more severe.I noticed that when you look from under the leaf it appears to have yellow spots in between the veins that are not visible from the top of the leaf. I have given her some bio grow today to see if its nitrogen def but I gave her the N about 10 hours ago and a weak doseage probably about 1/4 strength. Here's the pics let me know what you think this could be as its starting to bug me :help:....

do you have a way to check internal pot temps?
ph levels
i would assume these were checked?
what kind of water are you using
have you looked at the roots?
sorry didn't want to look through 8 pages to see the answer

The soil looks like you have been giving her enough fluids and not under-watering. She could use a Kelp foliar with a taste of Epsom Salts. Any chance of running out in the morning and grabbing that stuff? Or do you have some sort of cal/mag additives to give her? Wish I could be a better help!

i ask because a little plant in a bigger pot under one light can absorb to much light/heat energy raising the medium temp and throwing off ph eventhough it appears to have good ph and temp readings??
but even w/o a ph meter i would like to see the roots they will tell me
take a pic of roots when transplanting to tell the tail
are the roots thick and swolln looking or are they looking like alot of "fine hairs" coming off them?

I'll try get a pic tomorrow of the roots and post it up...I have an idea to get the soil temp and I'll use one of the Ph drops i know there not that accurate but im waiting on my ph pen that i ordered..Thanks for your help sativa really appreciate it dude

hey i understand it is like something is happening to your kid:)
and when you see an issue it is ALREADY an issue for some time to the plant and takes longer for us to see it

if in general you think you might have a soil temp issue you can put reflecting things like even cheap aluminum foil to lessen the soil being light saturated other than increasing the distance of the light
yes this will lessen the severity of a problem because you are lessining the amount of imbalance incoming energy from light to the plant so it will reduce the dramatic effect of a closer light giving more energy to exaserbate an already occuring problem(giving it a rest) so to speak but it is really giving you a rest to fix what the plant is telling you:)
cal/mag or nitrogen and iron could be the issue but at this stage in the game if there are any cal/mag ie. other issues i would tend to lean towards ph
and if you say ph is ok then i say well is it reading ok but actually off inside the medium
cal/mag at earlier stages really would stage from other issues other than underfeeding
truthfully if this was the case mag usually shows to the eye first
the real question is why the issue to begin w/????????
