Indoor Auto Stuck

Hey,
Started growing her nearly two weeks ago.
It seems like since 3-4 days ago there is no change in the height or the size of the leafs.

Also the leafs don't look so well.
Is that normal? What do you think?

-Medium/grow method: Normal soil from grow shop.
-Feed and supplements used: did not feed yet.
-Water source: Normal water.
-Strain and age: Auto Fem Northern Lights.
-Climate: 27 Celsius degree
- Light used: 24/7, 2 CFL lights of this kind

-Additional info: How long have the plants been affected?...How fast did symptoms appear? 3-4 days.

...no outward sign of trouble,... lights are grow specific, so they say,... T is OK,... sometimes they are slow on top, busy below, so let her go for a bit,.. if there's root trouble, it'll show soon enough,...
