She is looks to be slower or behind the rest but kinda looks like its growing out of it. Ill going to let it ride see what I come up with

Yeah, this crinkle leaf mutation/growth aberration is fairly uncommon IME,... Seldom corrects (won't at all if it's a true mutation), often linked to other negative characteristics and performance behaviors...
Indeed, showcase grows needs to have solid plants, nobody wants to see struggling fugly plants -

Own time and dime, do as you will...

Some years back I had a SexBud (Female Seeds, now defunct sadly) that showed this mutation. Brittle, crinkled leaves, lacked any vigor, very nute sensitive, I almost yanked her but she must have felt the end-vibe and started to gain some ground-
She stayed wonky, but in the end she did produce some fabulous bud, if not much... Only buds I ever had that smelled of fresh apricots, I mean uncannily so!
