What I don't understand is the light color change with CFL lights. When you use HPS theres only a bright intense light.

I'm not going to go all scientific on you but put simply. Hps is yellow and red mostly CFL bulbs have different k temps. I'm not sure what kind you use but for veg you want more blue and for flower more red. If you were using regular household cfl's it would be like cool white and warm white.

Check the lumens dude my hps gives me 29000lumen. My opinion is lumens are more importent.
But on my first grow i used cfl and mh, and i think its better for veg,because the bluer color when i started my second grow there was 3 big gals under the light and i couldnt have other tent for the babies so they went under hps but its works as well.

My first grow seed died. Second grow bud rot. Third grow burnt the shit out of it in 24 hours. Been told fox farm soils have bad ph swings.

Your auto ak is looking good bud. I'm also growing auto ak as my second grow. I'm using clf bulbs as well 1x250w cool white 1x250w warm white and so far have been getting good results. Looking forward to seeing how your grow turns out.

You girl is looking good! I just transplanted mine lastnight and waiting for the lights to come on. My last couple didn`t turn out too well and hoping I can break the drought on this one.
