I have a dear friend who just retired from the ontario college of phycision's and opened a wellness center. I have an appoinment with him about Ph and magnesium incoporated into my life style i have several meds i need i just have make sure of know ant interactions that may occur which I hope not.

That's awesome, Brother! The only issue I've had with supplements has been Olive Leaf Extract. For some reason, lately it just crushes me. But then again, I just noticed it expired a year ago

I always ask. Not all MgCl is created equal. Earlier this year, I bought some budget stuff from Utah. It left brown rings in my tub. Magnesium absorbs very easily through our skin, I love the stuff from the Middle East for its purity
