Even without a meter, I can tell when my pH has slid off. I can come home and tell my Missus that it feels like a 6.8 day, or a 6.4 day ( ). To me, the ultimate combo is BS and magnesium chloride (MgCl).
Most people have a magnesium deficiency, believe it or not, and it wrecks havoc on our systems. I think that addressing pH imbalance and magnesium deficiency are the two greatest things we can do for our health.
A wonderful thing about canna, BTW It's alkalizing

I have the BS, I've ordered magnesium tablets and some flakes... can't do much more for now. And I'll have to wait for the canna, because hubby comes first with access to what we have, for pain relief and mood lifting. I'm the BS guinea pig!

YEP.... actually here unblock + us netflix cheaper than the danish netflix... due to everything being expensive here.. quite insane .. but if u know how to work the system (a tiny bit)

Yes..over here ATM I 'm sure I heard hubby say that they are using a Netflix unblocked thing and fiddling the system.
Apparently a lot in the UK are too..I Think he said they were about 30 euros and you got all the channels.

Even the satellite systems like we are on are illegal..the Spanish companies effectively Steal the programs in mid air....but we Pay monthly for it.

Down here at the land we only have net..and it is 20 euros plus tax a month..around 24 euros
and at home we have around 20 tv channels..net and phone line for 40 euros a month.
All the landline calls to the UK are free.

Canadians pay some of the highest fees for phone and internet in the world

Highest postal costs too..

things like tendons start to lose their flexibility because they are Calcifying..turning to stone..Arthritis..tendonitis..carpal tunnel..

The Magnesium deficiency is Worse..Magnesium melts calcification....

I have a dear friend who just retired from the ontario college of phycision's and opened a wellness center. I have an appoinment with him about Ph and magnesium incoporated into my life style i have several meds i need i just have make sure of know ant interactions that may occur which I hope not.
