You know bear it might be more constructive if you asked them Why they don't ship to Canada....I'm sure they aren'r discriminating against Canadian Bears

One answer that I received was that they have to change financial institution frequently ( OAseeds ) because the banking community does'nt like the business their in I say horse pucky .

Lenovo bought up IBM's Thinkpad line many years ago, and promised to maintain the quality of the product, and they have done so! As a pc tech, they are the only brand I'll buy!

I Was looking at another HP so I didn't get a keyboard change..so I can still type fast....hubby's keyboard is different and using his is a PITA.
Son is a techie and he says they use the Lenova at work.

It didn't go without a cock up though.
I clicked it through to this address and it is going to arrive when we are in the UK.....so I'll have to try and straighten that up.
And..I had me eye on a deal on a camera I fancied..but I needed to know how much the laptop was first..so I Missed the camera.
My old camera has so much finger trim on I wouldn't dare carry it through the airport...

I worked for Hewlett Packard and ran my own business also. HP servers, DIY pcs, and Lenovo laptops!

Ah well..that could have a grain of truth.....the famous payment service that we are not allowed to mention on site..if they find out a company is selling illegal stuff..they suspend all your accounts and you lose all monies owed..so they could be right.

@Eyes on Fire my old laptop has never been the same since it went in the shop to have the inline fan replaced..hubby said it had absolutely disintegrated..and I Think the rest of it is too..but it is 6 years old....I've got an "I" key that keeps dropping off and I have lost me delete function...

I can't type as fast on the tablet..and I Need to type fast to keep up with my work here..and hubby dropped it on it's cable..so it only Charges when It feels like it.
I am in a Sorry state...
