I know about the slogan thing I've just always wondered about that. Weed is fully legal in California now though right?

My avatar is a bud from the Wipeout Express. (that I actually grew)

I don't do any tech work at all. The platform is XenForo current version I'm sure. @Son of Hobbes, @Northern Grower, @FullDuplex can answer your questions on that...

Yeah looks like a premade script that can be installed and modified to the customers liking.

Unless there is a bug in the script itself someone probably screwed it up when changing things around.
