Extraction Anyone try this from magical butter?

Just saw this little bit ago, has anyone tried it? It's by magical butter and it's a silicon decarb box with a digital thermometer/probe to fine tune your oven temp. I think it helps you find out what temp your oven needs to be at to make it the correct temp inside to decarb. I'm not sure tho, it was $39.99+tax on amazon. I figure it is at least better than a pan with foil inside a Turkey bag. I get very little smell as is but should be better than that. Worth $40.00 i think their mbm's are good so bet it works well. Should be here Wednesday or so going to give a shot asap. Wanted a Nova decarb machine but they only ship to legal states and Canada so can't order that yet so this should work for now. I will report back after I use it.

Far superior, but much more expensive is Ardent Lift/Nova.
As a stand alone decarb unit, it will decarb perfectly without stinking your house up.

Yes, I know but they won't sell to me so I have no choice. I'm sure it's just to protect themselves and I understand. Hopefully when we become legal I can order a Nova.

Not sure, I hope at least an oz. I would guess between oz or 2 depending how dense it is.

Initial legal screwups caused Ardent to be unable to sell Nova in non-legal states.
That's why they offer the Lift clone to non-legal states.

I have paid for the magic butter box so I will give it a shot and see. Just used 40 of my cannabis fund so gonna take little longer to buy from lift if they will ship to me.

Yes, the same company makes both devices, Ardent Lift and Ardent Nova, and they are identical except for the names.
Lift is legal everywhere in the US, Nova is illegal in illegal states.
I'm guessing that the original Nova was marketed for MJ instead of "herbs," which made it illegal in some states, and that Lift was launched as an "herbal" device, which is legal everywhere.

@Root @Simplicio The decarbox came today, it is 8"x5.5"x2.5" 1.7 quart. When lid is on it makes a good seal should hold smell maybe not 100% but better than foil. You put temp probe in the top and pushes into a self closing port so probe is in actual container. It measures temp in box so if you set oven to 250°f and probe reads 240°f you need to raise oven temp 10° and check to see if temp raises to 250. You can fine tune your oven. The probe can alsp be used as a digital candy thermometer which is nice because i dont have 1. You can also set probe to alarm when it hits set temp, so I plan on calibrating oven, then when decarbing set alarm to 250. Once it hits 250 i was going to start the 30 min timer. So it is at 250 for exactly 30 min, or do you think the heat up time will add to much extra time? This seems to be a better way to decarb than just putting it on a pan and then in oven. Not the Nova/Lift but at $35 may be a better price point for some to a lot of people. I don't use edibles lot so don't need to decarb that oven so people like me may not want to sink $180 on something the use 1 or 2 times a year. If you then put it in a trukey bag you would smell anything which also may helps some folks dare to try it. Like I said not the lift, but way better than the standard way most do it. With temp Calibration I think it will help to be as close to the Nova as can be. I will try tomorrow and will report on the process. Not sure when I will be able to try using the decarbed bud but will report back once I do. So far i like what I see for $42 total.
