Gnome Automatics Anvil ????

I recently picked up some seeds of Anvil and came here looking for information and am surprised to not see a thread devoted to it being that it is one of the three strains presently available (ALF, Anvil, JEM) from Mandalorian. Does it go by a different name? Am I not seeing the obvious?

Forgot to include a couple pictures. These 2girls were grown in a 3gallon pot. If you grow them separately in a decent size pot, they can get big, as they sex later, giving them and extra week or so in veg. I had a deep purple pheno and an almost black pheno. Great strain! Nice. Thats encouraging, as the FastBuds Rhino Ryder cross that I have planned is Widow and Afghan heavy.

I'm sure I remember us having grow probs on AFN from that breeder....the Lineage will be a Great Mix..you Should be looking at something Similar to what I'm looking at....

the Anvils are coming along. They are short and wide. This is my first indoor grow and I'm growing these just to make bulk seed to run outdoors this summer. I'm growing with cheap Amazon LED lights and some soil I mixed up from what I could scrounge up on the cheap. So far, so good.

They are Built to be No Fuss plants...our Motto used to be...Plants so Easy ...your Granny could grow them...coz She is the one who Needs them...

Mind..up to Black Dragon.......I don't Know if @FullDuplex has allowed any Diva Behaviour out on his Parental Selections....

The structure on these is amazing. Loosing the high leaf ratios is a plus. It’s been better in the THC ranges as far as expressions. You always have a rabbit in the hat. That dark girl is beautiful. You already know I’m drooling.

Someone is going to do me a germ check soon..see if I have got over me drying/germ probs...

I've had them all sitting with humidity meters in..see if that Cures it.

I have a Nice New tomato too...just drying a few seeds out to try myself.

Flipping Northern lights has reinstated the Sati side to the Line again.....my patio was Extremes last summer...that is why I crossed Out again..

I had her stood next to a freebie cross as she started showing...
Then I moved her next to some Giggle...and realised straight away where she got it from.......

I Wanted the Incense from the Northern Lights addition...I got the Dominant Pineapple/pink bud Northern Lights cross most people Love..but I didn't..

sigh...it Looks as if it is Dominating...fight it or out cross..I chose the out cross..

@InTheSeed those Anvil look on par. The fat leaves are a staple in their makeup. Given the lot size they’ll take a little longer to flower but they’ll produce.

BTW..hubby is Learning to grow Chillies this Spring..... ..with your Cup Winners....

I'll be keeping an eye on him.......huge pot..compo and worm castings 46% Nitro........looking to Blow them up....like mine did last summer...

New Year...1 Scotch Bonnet and 1 Thai Birds Eye...and I Think they are trying to reveg..but the cold snap is Due.....so they'll probably get knocked back....

No, both Anvil and the Rhino Ryder are firsts for me. They are just starting maybe week 2 of flower now and have really started to grow/stretch .

I Could be wrong..winter brain on......but me bell is ringing saying we had the Breeder on AFN and all the Testers got hermie probs...
so I'll knock this through to RP..see if anyone else remeber..and with you growing them..you'll know soon enough...

Knocking my ALF#5 (Giggle Juice) back to a White Cross..White Widow..gave me the New Dragon.. ...so the cross itself bodes Well..

@FullDuplex ..the Contrast girls are the 3 Healing Path DC...looking Goof to me when you consider natural winter light Only...

Roll on Spring...sigh...

If they keep going I Might get some Spring 12/12 natural light harvest..I Long for DC smoke.....

There could be some girls that like to eat. They are no fuss but the can take the food to. Especially the really dark ones. They tend to be big feeders in flower. They enjoy the potash and phos

something I’ve been doing, and I think it’s helped. I of course let the plant go for a while beyond it’s maturity. Then harvest and hang dry without removing anything, maybe some visible damaged leaves, but that’s it. I stopped removing them from the wet plant. Let the flower dry over the typical 7-10 days. Honestly over dry.
Then harvest the seed from the dry flower and let sit a good two weeks and then hit the fridge, then freezer. I’m seeing 98% on average with rates.
I hate to hear you’re still having issues with that. I’ve noticed the dragon carries a heavy shell too. They tend to be hard to crack

I’d love to give them a go mate. I need some new exotics as the last we’re lost in the move. All my unique plants were left behind as I moved to the cost before they finished. Including my heirloom tigers toms

I’m gonna say there is something hiding in ALF. I’ve been looking for a sati auto and I’ve seen hints of it in every F1 gen I cross to anvil or ALF. Especially mixing in the Durban. I’ve got two that are structured like anvil but are super slow to flower. Showing the sati side. Flowers and spindly like a sativa and there is a new terp profile on them. The incense smell has faded to licorice. Which im digging.

Awesome and I can’t wait to see what they do for you. They should be nice and flavorful with some heat. I need to make a sauce from them but it gets too cool at night here for a bumper crop. I need to in them indoor again to make some

That looks like her for sure. The light hours are killing it. When we ran it and took clones. We noticed that reveg and low light fucked with the fans but the structure is familiar for sure. Especially to the black leaf mom.
If you’re going back to ww try and use Bobby’s I sent. That has ww x dragon and might make a meld for you. It’s only f2 what I sent but could be something there for you.
