Anthropolis' Round 3.0 final weights and smoke tests:

Red Poison (#1): 13.7 grams left (1 gram taken for sampling, 1 branch taken for clone/reversal)

Bubblegum (#1): 12.8 grams (1 branch taken for clone/reversal)

Blueberry: 10.1 grams

Grapefruit Punch (#2): 9.1 grams
+
Pink Lady (#2) only the top cola: 2.6 grams

= 48.3 grams (1.78 ounces) not bad, a quick and large improvement over the few sad grams of last round haha. Getting much better at this! Worth mentioning is that 12+ g of the Pink Lady #2 was used for capsules, and a whole bottom branch each was cut early from the Red Poison and Bubblegum, which probably would've added a couple grams each.
Still waiting for: Grapefruit Punch plant #1 and Pink Lady plant #1, both coming down soon.

Early smoke tests: it's still early in curing but in the interest of research, I like to do early small tests to get a feel for how they are and later how they came along.
Red Poison: absolutely f'ing amazing. I don't know how it could be better haha. Taste is very interesting, with a wide range of tastes that tickle the tongue. The first thing that hits you is the silky creamy texture of the smoke, it's almost like liquid silk haha. On the inhale is some peppery, herbal, and generic fruit taste in a pleasant combination. On the exhale you get some stronger fruit taste, and some mild incense type of something, but not like that cheap ass gas station incense haha, I mean more like the expensive hand made Nag Champa or something. Also very herbal and in a nice way. The smells are a combination of the above, with a hint of licorice. I gotta say, it doesn't much taste or smell like "weed" per say, it's just high class smoke! It's also the strongest of the strains so far, and is the strongest I've grown yet. It's got to be pushing on 18%, and I couldn't finish a bowl of it several times haha! Two or three puffs and you're very high. I would grade it as a Grade AA or Grade AAA! This would blow a lot of expensive photoperiod herb out of the water.
Blueberry auto (from ilovegrowingmarijuana.com seedbank): Got around to testing this one last night, and it was yummy! It finally cured enough to develop a very faint blueberry smell, which will get stronger after longer cure. It was actually more like blackberry on the inhale, and blueberries on the exhale, with a little bit of sharp spice and bite to the texture. Could feel a noticeable CBD profile too which is nice. I could tell that organic is definitely the way to grow the Blueberry strain if you want good tastes
Strength is fair, although I finished a bowl and wanted more. I would guess 10 or 12%, but this one has a more medicinal feel, and kicks in slower, so you don't mind the lower thc.
Pink Lady: damn good smoke for a Seedsman freebie. Very strong of sour grapefruit and generic citrus on the inhale, and verrrry strong of sweet pink grapefruit on the exhale! Delightful and invigorating, the citrine was stimulating and energetic. Strength is good, I think I estimated about 14~15%, no CBD and not much medical feel, but this would be a great one for social anxiety and if you have stuff to do as it's energizing and outgoing. The capsules made from it were great oral medicine.
Grapefruit Punch: took this one awhile to be dry enough to test, just sampled today. Smell is exceedingly strong of grapefruit, which will leave your fingertips smelling of grapefruit for many hours hehe Smoke texture is light and airy with a little spicy zest, and the flavor is great! It's very sweet, like candy, but not in a heavy sugar way, more like a diet sprite way lol. This was a surprising finding since there weren't any hints to it previously. Flavor was just as it smelled, of sour grapefruits and not much else haha, a hint of mint in there somewhere. Reminded me of the drink Mint Mojito when they're made with Sprite or 7-up. Strength was mild, maybe 10 ~12%, but the unique taste is enough to warrant high B or low A grade. Creeps in slower than expected, with some Indica feelings, which was also seen in the phenotype as it grew. Pretty good all around, but nothing too special.
Bubblegum auto (TH Seeds): was so disappointing that I don't even care to go over it again, see earlier notes. Grade C - for now.

Pink Lady #1 really finished beautifully!! After more than an hour trimming away tons of leaf, a great looking set of buds emerge! Excellent structure, gorgeous clusters of buds, a nice hue, and a great amount! Nice scent of sweet candy pink citrus. Probably a hair over an ounce on there.

That officially ends Round 3.0, and there's some new exciting stuff on the horizon.
Soaking 3x seeds to test run Purple Stone (Dragons) and there will be a dedicated log for them when they sprout. Thanks for swinging by!

Blue Dream auto is really blowing up nice, with mucho heads all over the place! Crazy crystals already too. Still weird structure, it's skinny in the bottom and top, fat in the middle lol, not the usual Christmas tree shape. Didn't mod this one either.

Thanks, you gotta grow one of these HSO BD autos so you can see this whacky structure lol, it's unlike other cannabis... I dunno what they did with it lol. It's branching and blowing out like it was fimmed or something lol. And the flowers I can already tell are going to be top shelf.

Hey man, I'm sure you mentioned it in here somewhere, but just curious.... How were those trichs on your red poison when you took her down? Did they amber up much? Mines pretty well 100% cloudy, but I can't find any darker ones anywhere. I'm gonna wait it out a few more weeks regardless,.. Just wondering if it's something to expect or not.
