New Grower Al's Think Different Round 2 grow

PH ing an pull the gallon jug add 3 drop n shake once n feed.and fully water it just enough to get a decent rinse through the soil.Dont over do it.prolly a quart or so fully flowing from all drain holes.OH damn almost forgot when you add the PH add a teaspoon or dawn original soap or a yucca extract additive as well.your life is already on the fritz man but that going to enable you to slowly water/feed and get all the nooks n crannies cuz it could also be likely that you have a cpl dry patches that lock out feeds n water and hold Macro/micro foods and causes a toxic build up in areas which also throws the plant into wierdness.

PH yup add it and the soap shake once and slowly apply waiting for it to sink throu each time.you'll se it happen quick once the soap lubes the soil as it were. and yup make sure it bubbling though.that naturally raises the activity in the water makeing it a touch more active.these are all great point im giving you but if we cant get that stuff out with the good and flush you MAY have to use a soup style.thats a tough transition man trust me.but yes after and soap and apply.a get me a reading.ill be off some sure but i still need a ball park.cool man?!

I tried to get some good pics in natural light but they sucked and didn't really show the extent of the problem. I'll try them on flash later and see if that shows it better.

Day 55

Ok here are the best pictures I can muster (iPhone):

The other plant

The worst parts seem to be the ones that have received the most light. The "buds" in the shade are still very green.

Reducing Acids in Soil

Hey bro, well like i said its not an instant fix bro.Yet,there are thing to slap it right certainly, but again you run a massive massive risk of your genetics and Bennie beasties(Microbes n the like)if you shock em.it like dunking you in a pool of chemically treated water, your skin'll burn and similar lameness.now with that said there are some easier options to attain similar all natural effects.I hear vinegar n things all the time(lemon juice for example too)and thats a viable option but will jack stuff up and its a temporary fix at best.but with the risks involved especially this late in flower imo you need to avoid that like tha plague LOL!

http://www.noble.org/ag/soils/soilacidity/

Now you can use that link as a better explanation of what Im talking about. As you'll see it takes time and moisture with any liming agent worth mentioning imo. But you can use hardwood wood ash is best it contains many things that are beneficial and helps to reduce the acids a little faster than lime but if you dont have the right hardwood(most are just fine, just sayin)since some contain other burnt oils and they'll leach into your soil causing a bigger issue that whatcha started with.So i would do one of three things.PH your intake water to around 7 unless its already good.if its alittle higher thaats juust fine man.thats whatcha want so ya dont have to use a PH'ing liquid concentrate(ie;Any of them LOL) but the wood ash fluffed into the soil and watered in with the lime(as you already have the lime going and moist ,soo.)or you can use it also(in conjunction with)use the ash to use as a soil drench as well. And thats how i typically play and see my acids Ive fought in the past.So i hope this is helpful to you bro. You can invest in an Accurate 8 soil probe if you'd like but is completley unneeded with a proper soil blend(just an fyi) since an issue like this would have been either held off long enough for harvest(or darn close) or a small drench to grasp a few weeks with the fluffing of materials to attain the same harvest.

and the greener buds are greener for a few reasons but in a nutshell its not getting enough food and the foods Micro n macro foods are largely unavailable at this time.so are are you plant not screaming at you quite yet,but the lime and ash will help a lot. Now using your PH stuffs.I asked you to buy those for a serious situation and PH'ing a quick tea concentrate once you cut the tea(nuthin like the cheeeeze either LMFAO) since it'll work your soil hard with a tea concentrate cut or not.so its best to add just literally a few drops often of the up.but never flatout PH a living tea...evvvverrrrr!!lol does that answer your questions my friend?:pass: Im kinda high soo lol

A little confused by the last post but I'm sure we'll clear things up. The pH of my water is 7.6 naturally (I tested yesterday). When my pH down gets here do I pH to 7.0 before I put the kelp/Myco/molasses in or do I want to pH after I add them? I'm a little high too lol. I'll start looking into finding wood ash.

Yeah man,all ya do is PH your water to6.2 or right about there and skip the Mycos unless ya want the vitamins they provide cuz it'll most likely kill any of the dudes. and use about 4-6 drops of dawn original or similar since thats:

hemistry.about.com/od/chemistryglossary/g/surfactant.htm

and ya I got thinking on how to PH your drench for whatever reason WITH the Lime thats why I was confusing dude LMFAO!!so think on that Line and it'll make a TON more sense..LOL:Hookah:

Ok so tomorrow when the pH up/down comes in I'll adjust my water from 7.6 to 6.2. THEN I will add molasses (1 Tbsp/ gallon) and liquid kelp (15cc/gallon) and also the Dawn soap. Do I have it down? Sorry indirect communication can be hard sometimes.

Yup.you could go to PH 6.5 and add anywhere from 30cc(1 ounce) to 60cc's.but Id go with about 40 cc personally and PH 6.5 yup do that man lol. 6.5 n 40cc 5 drops or there about dont gotta be exact of the dawn a shanke n a smile n slowly feed n rinse it decently too.I understand.its my MS too man.I talk then think on a topic to point out n I run with that topic.Im learning to keep things short n sweet.LOL sorry for the confusion.

The earth juice came in today. I pH'd the dechlorinated tap water from 7.6 to 6.5. Then I added 40cc (8 teaspoons) of liquid kelp, 1 Tablespoon of Grandma's molasses, and 4 drops of Dawn original dish soap to each gallon. I shook the crap out of the jugs and watered each plant slowly. Both pots took about 3/4 of a gallon. Lots of leaves falling off of the bigger plant. There are very few large fan leaves left so I think this one is about done. I'll let it go until damn near all the leaves fall off. There is hope for the other plant as the yellowing seems to have MAYBE slowed down. It's about ~2 weeks behind the other one. I hope it will pull through!
