So I pre soaked my medium first time doing this now I have noticed green algi in my soil a quick Google search and its from the soil not drying out enough so my question is will this spread to my other plants should I remove her and start again or can I scrape out the effected soil and keep her I have removed the humidity dome and have a fan blowing onto the soil

I have a lady around 2 weeks away from harvest and a seedling 2 days old today I would rather start again than loose my bud

I noticed algea on top of my medium and best advice I got was cover the medium with something to block the light out and hey presto no more algea.

can happen from time to time, not much to worry about unless it gets outa hand.Fairly harmless as it is.Medium is to moist,a sign you could be slightly overwatering.top surfave not drying out between waterings.A seedling dont need much watering first week or so.Can be a sign of poor airflow (localized airflow) not in general,as we all have a fan sucking air out the top and a fan at canopy level. But i think plants like a bit of breeze round their arse to.
dont start again, dont panic,ya dont have to do anything and it will go away. The dwc,ebb and flow type growers will cover the mediums,In general not an issue in soil.
keep er lit
