AFN Affiliations - 2025

So like a growers workshop then, where people can sign up, and the whole “class” starts from seed and grows an autoflower to completion? Like a live event with weekly zoom/discord meetings or such where people can ask questions and also have a forum thread where people can go 24hrs a day and bounce knowledge off of each other? That sounds freaking awesome!. @Son of Hobbes has this been done before here on AFN? Sounds like it could be pretty fun and productive
That is quite a bit of stuff there man! That's a lot of work! That's a lot of time also!

Is it doable? For sure! A lot of changes need to be done before something like that could occur though.

Id be willing to donate time and a grow to something like that!

The grow part and the documentation or the easy part in my opinion.

I pretty much do that already in my main thread and I am more exact and detail orientated in the ones that are sponsored runs.

That's just a small part of what you touched upon, man! I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm just saying that it's pretty ambitious.

How about a series of Autoflower how to videos that only members had access to? Autos 101, 202 etc.
Real no-nonsense stuff. Explain what an autoflower is and its evolution. How crosses were made and why. Explain the different growing methods and their pros and cons. Organic, Hydroponic or something in between.
One way is not "better than" another but the approach is very different.
Environmental conditions should be about the same no matter how you grow? (lighting, temperature, humidity,)
Pests and diseases would be the same too. How do you prevent them? What do you when a problem arises?
Safety precautions would be the same in all cases.
From there on you would have to branch off into different growing methods.
Organic - germination up to harvest. Watering basics, to tea or not to tea? Making your own soil.
Hydro - PH and all that stuff. (I don't know anything about DWC or hydro)
Other - ?
