New Grower Aeroponic candy Kush and Massive Midget

Day 24 update. Growth is good. I've had some minor cal-mag and/or heat issues. Temperatures are climbing into the 80's mid-day despite my best efforts and dedicated AC.

But I won't complain. Overall the ladies are looking very nice and they greeted me this morning with the first "smell". :)

Candy kush has a lot of catching up to do! I love that strain but massive midget is miles ahead. Keep it up bro

I know, huh? Based on descriptions at Herbies, I thought they would be good companions. It looks like the candy Kush is going to get it's ass kicked by a heavyweight auto strain again. Last time, it was just a stupid mistake to pair them for a grow because F&V has a reputation for going tall.

Maybe the CK will catch up, though. Last grow, one of the CK made a go if it toward the end despite lots of early challenges.

My current ck were real slow to take off. Still stretching a good 1 to 2 inches a day (now on day 36) prob finish a little over 2 foot.
Heavyweight seeds have really been impressing me recently

I'm jealous man of that system!!!!! And your plants are looking amazing! Can't wait to see the finishing results!!!

My CK is 5 days ahead of the MM, but the MM is already caught up and is producing a set of monster buds. I finally got a real sense after last nights trim just how beefy the MM really is.

I'll tell you that I'm getting pretty damned impressed with heavyweight seeds, too, but I'll wait and see what the smoke is like before getting completely onboard. I'll just say the Fast and Vast were both their names and damned strong buds to boot. I've only grown 5 auto flower strains and the two heavyweight strains look to be the most vigorous and productive.

Day 25.

Not much to say. PH seems to want to drift a bit lower and I've been keeping it between 5.6 and 5.9. I'm happier with 5.8 to 6.2 but don't want to overcompensate so I've been adjusting a little at a time and the young ladies don't seem to mind.

I'm due to flush and get ready for blooming soon, anyway. :)
