Ok i have one more question, how much smell would one plant produce? enough to require a carbon filter?

You would be surprised how much smell one plant can produce! Depends on the plant. I have a filter and I still get some smeel that comes out, nothing like the unfiltered smell, but to someone that knows what canna smells like....

With my 3 little plants I didn't need a carbon filter, all I used was a thing called ONA block, you just have to open the jar, and it diffuse a smell a fresh linen.
I'm not a spammer, but that thing was way cheaper than an extracting air stuff and carbon filter.
For ventilation, a pc fan or two are ok for that small space.
It worked for me anyway...

you can get cabon filters from car pollen filters ect.. most strains will require you getting one but some strains dont smell much like bluemystic and some nl varietys

If you need stealth I would recommend a Carbon Filter as a saftey precaution, its a panic attack when your plants are going into flower and you start to notice that distinctive smell and your mother in law is coming over in 15min for dinner. I have also noticed that the plants don't give off smell(strongly) all of the time. There are times when she'll be reeking and others when its not really a problem, and the later they get into the flowering stage, the more powerful the smell.

if youre looking for lights i used these as they were basically they took up an inch.

check out my sig micro grow there if youre interested. they took up very little space and i added some cfls where needed got decent results, with such little headroom you need every inch you can get. plants were happily an inch away with no damage etc.

Check out Low Odor Strains. A carbon filter and a big enough fan to use with it would be really cramped in such a small space. One such strain would be Easy Ryder. Very easy to grow. Plug and play. Really only smells when you mess around with the flowers. When I grew them, I had some ONA sitting out in the room and an automatic-room-deodorizer-thing-a-ma-jig. Never smelled a thing outside the room.

with regards to carbon filters and fans, i had mine outside in a cardboard box ontop of that cabinet so it just looked like a pile of crapwhen sealed up.. vented out a window behind the box cut holes where needed and place everyday mess where needed for stealth. the noise was the only problem but i have alot of electronics in the same room on most of the day. very noisy pc..
