Indoor Activating my soil?

I am using the roots organic original soil and there master 5ml program. I filled 1 gal smart pot with the soil watered with oregonism xl mycos. I've got them just chillin in my box. My question is should I have the lights on or off and my ventalation on or off? By the way himalaya blue diesel and berry ryder will be kicking off the grow. So any info would be appreciated thank you.

Welcome to AFN. Not sure what you're asking here. Your title is Activating my soil? but in your post you're asking about lighting and ventilation. If you're concerned about how long it takes the mychorizzal fungi to become active, it takes about 2 weeks. Lights and ventilation aren't needed to activate the myco.
