Lighting Яaspberry Cough fem (photo), DWC, 0.12m2, GN HS1+DIY 77W

The sidenodes have started to grow pretty noticably already! I guess next up is that you start bending them down as they grow? I am going to do something similar with my next grow (I am planning to grow 2x AutoUltimate) but perhaps I wont go picking the leaves like that just because it is auto :) But definately some real early LST.

Thanks guys :)
Here's how plant looks today. Side branches are growing well. All that leaf pinching is making plant to grow a bit slower, but it's photo and i have time to form this bush as i want. It will be real dense monster in the end :)

Also plant is already big enough to take all available light, so from now i'll give all 152W to it. It will cause faster green mass growth rate and will allow plant to take higher EC. Planning to start foliar feed wit NPK in few days.

Forgot to mention, giving foliar feed every 3 days now. Tried to give every day, till noticed some brown spots on biggest lower leaves, so decided not to overfeed and give foliar feed only once in few days.
Still feeding with distilled water + GHE Diamond nectar 50ml/l + vitamin B complex.

Today is good day for cutting by moon calendar, so i did first more serious defoliation. Removed about 10 biggest fan leaves, just to let light get to lower nodes.
Today first foliar feed with NPK will be introduced. Will show the results in some time.
Before, after and roots :)

Nice! So you took mostly those large fan leaves out? That is really nice root mass the plant has going already! I see it will become really vigorous. I see you added "wetting agent" to the nutrient mix. May I ask what is that exactly? I checked out that Yucca is used as a wetting agent, maybe this might be good thing to use on foliar sprays too?

Yeah bro, biggest fan leaves, but not all, only those from side and tip - side branches, just to open new nodes, you see that in photo.
Wetting agent is for foliar feed, it helps water better "stick" to the leaf, and does nor let water to stick to bigger drops and run away from the leave. There are many brands of it, i use Growth Technology non - ionic one. Have read that somebody is using even dish soap for that, but i rather buy normal one, than smoke that dish soap at the end... Do not know about Yucca, it may be good for that too, just search more for that info and you will know better :)

That's going to be some crazy bush. Big roots Big structure in a small space. Impressive indeed marimar

Well, here goes my first foliar feed experiment :D Tea i made was much too strong and burned my plant. Instead of trying that tea on one leave, i sprayed it on entire plant and on next day i got this
22.jpg

It took 2 days for the plant to start recovering from this impact. Then i removed few most impacted leaves (biggest ones, these were totally fucked), and in another 2 days plant fully recovered and you can see what it looks like today

Side nodes are growing totally healthy, so this my stupid mistake was not so critical as i thought.
This will not stop my experiments with foliar feed, i will find max EC for that. Will do that on single biggest leaves and with much less nutes. So, the show must go on (c) :D

Good think this is photo plant! They dont look bad regardless! Just some nuteburn, I am sure she'll bounce back stronger soon. This is just the thing I am always scared of with foliar feeding..
