A month since sprouting.. what next?

The last two waterings I added Mega Crop and they quickly grew to the pics I posted. I added two tea spoons to a gallon of Glacier water and doused the perimeters of both pots, each time with almost a quarter gallon each.
Though I see no current bug issues, what pest control items/methods are recommended? What should I be doing in general at this stage?

I use yellow sticky traps and nematodes for pest control. Only really had fungal gnats so far.

Right now I'm just letting them do their thing. I water and feed with Foop. Veg 1,2. Just started training on almost a week ago. Gonna train my other today. LST. I have cleared away any bottom leaves that were laying on soil.

You shouldn't have them overwatering is the cause
