Well I ended up ordering only 2 of the 4 autocobs I need. The wife was not very happy about me spending that kind of money on myself this close to Christmas. She and kids complain about not being able to shop for me cuz I always go buy what I want throughout the year. Anyway I was forced to compromise I will get the other 2 for Christmas. I'm thinking I may still be able to pull the led. With the 2 new lights that brings me to 6 cobs in 25 square feet. Either I leave the led dead center up top or I pull it. Any opinions on if the 6 cobs will do the job?? At least till Christmas anyway.

I would ask @BigSm0 , but 8 Autocobs would seem more in line with your space. I have a 2x4 with 2 Autocobs and 2 LEDs in that space. Need 2 more Autocobs to get rid of my LEDs also.

He says 8 is the ticket and what he uses in his 5x5 space. That is my end goal however I think I will pull the led out once the 2 I ordered are in.

Your electric bill will thank you. I couldn’t be more pleased with the two I have, but 3-4 would be ideal for my set up.

Even when I switched to cobs it was still up there. It was the autocob and reducing the wattage even more that helped significantly.

Yes, big increase in the electric bills from last year. Hubby is hitting the roof over it. The Autocobs really help but the extraction system and dehumidifier are a huge drain. Got a solution?

I saw an increase of about 20 percent over the last 2 years. I have only been using autocobs for about 45 days now and I loved the last bill. I am looking forward to getting that last led out of my space. I have only had the led panels for about 8 months if I had discovered AFN and autocobs sooner I'd have never purchased them. Thanks @BigSm0 growers everywhere will one day appreciate your lights as far as I am concerned they have forever impacted indoor growing.

Funny my bill has been going up and up and up since I moved into my house 6 years or so ago. Same daily consumption pretty much on average. It’s gotten rather cold out and I haven’t been grilling as much which means I’m using my electric oven and stove more often and added two lights and all of a sudden my bill went down and the first week or two I had the extra two they were on 24/0. My bill still went down last month down again. I cut back 21/3 wanted 20/4 but stoner moment and really want the extra hr of light. Two months now my bill has gone down probably a total of $40. Now I’m thinking shit they’re gonna hit me this month. Or they’re giving me a discounted rate for using so much kinda like buying in bulk. Only thing is my bill states after the first xxx KW my rate goes up that’s opposite of bulk rates. I’m at their mercy I guess. I was around .23 a KW all fees and taxes and added in. Stupid high. I’ll have to check another electric bill.

Ok so I am still seeing what I consider to be to many fungus gnats around my plants. No harm to them yet but I dont like them there. I picked up a product today and I was told 2 tablespoons on top the soil will keep them away so were going to try it. I have been experiencing more fun guys gnats since I've switched to organic dry amendments.
